You guys are the best. Thank you for a prompt response and following up, even though it was just debris you sent a qualified tech that was able to identify the problem quickly. We have been using Above All Pool Care for over 5 years now. We can depend on them showing up weekly on the appointed day, which is very nice. They have replaced pumps for us, pool sweepers, and they are always very competitive price-wise. Thanks, Ken and team!

I asked Ken to come out and take a look at the pop ups in my pool. He came the next morning, and figured out the problem, as well as noticing that my pump was leaking. He was able to get both items repaired the same day, and now my pool's working great.

I have dealt with Ken on two separate occasions. The first time, he came out and did an acid wash on my pool and it came out sparkling! (Another pool company had told me I needed to replaster it). The second time, he came out and fix all my leaks. He provided excellent service both times and I have found myself a new pool guy. I highly recommend him!

Anytime I've needed the team over to check something out and repair they communicate and hold to commitments. Above All is very reasonably priced for their weekly services well. Which is a major bonus for the service you receive.

Google search I found this company. I did some checking (reviews) and said okay. After leaving a message, I am impressed with the fast response within minutes. He does not try and upsale you, but explains the pros and cons. It’s your decision!

Not your typical pool company. Phones are answered, appointments are kept, and if something comes up relevant information is communicated promptly. After my pool pump started making noise, I contacted Above All Pool Care and chose to go ahead with a new pump. By far the quickest, smoothest pool repair I've ever had in ten years of owning a house with a pool. For once, it was a pleasure doing business with a pool company. Highly recommended.

I found this company over a year ago after becoming displeased with a service company I had used for over six years . Ken , Chad and the other team members are in my opinion "extraordinary" in handling their day to day business operation . As "professional" as it gets and my wife is so pleased now that she is not looking at the "scale" buildup around the perimeter of the pool ! My pool "sparkles" now and we are so happy that we found this company !

Awesome service! I had a leak in one of my pool pipes and was in desperate need to get someone out to fix it as I was going out of town in a couple days. After calling several companies, I called Above All Pool Care and left a message. Ken called me back within 10 minutes and said he could send someone out the next day, Ken's guys came out and fixed my issue within an hour. I hired Above All Pool Care to diagnose and repair my Hayward Saltwater Pool Chlorinator that has been buzzing and vibrating on the side of my house for the past 5 years since I moved in. I had hired other pool repair companies in the past who told me that was normal. I had 5 electronic boards replaced over the past 5 years since the unit was overheating and not working properly. Ken diagnosed the problem as the voltage regulator needed replaced and the rectifier was incorrectly wired. 5 different pool companies and my regular pool maintenance company could not figure out what was wrong and it was never repaired properly until Above All Pool Care fixed the problem. I called them since they specialize in saltwater pools and systems.

I did my own research online for the problems I was having and realized others had the same problem, but never got their same problem resolved, most just replaced the whole unit. A simple wiring mistake stumped 5 different pool repair companies, over 5 years until Ken at Above all Pool Care figured it out. He was quick to respond and fix the issue, and the unit is perfectly quiet and working properly for the first time since I moved into the home. I have been using Above All Pool Care for 4 or 5 years now and love their work. In all that time I have never had a green pool, to me a sign of their professionalism. Besides my weekly cleanings they replace my 30 year old pool pump, and add a a hand rail so my elderly parents can get in and out safely. They are a quick to respond if you have concerns or just questions about your pool. I will be using Above All Pool Care as long as I have a pool.

We have monthly service with another local pool company that we've had numerous issues with. When our pool pump when out, we got a quote from our monthly service company and wanted a second opinion. I contacted Ken with Above All Pool Care and he seemed much more knowledgeable and honest. He quoted the pool pump as well as giving me other advice that our regular service provider never provides about general set up and maintenance.
Due to the holiday, our replacement appointment was schedule a little further out after the pump actually broke, but Ken's son came to check on the chemical balance in between at no charge. Our replacement pump is set up so much better and we had a great experience with Ken and his son. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They do high quality work, are friendly, offer advice and tips above and beyond what is typical, and have competitive pricing. Do not take short cuts and go with someone else!

Our 26 year old Caretaker 99 Plus 5 port valve finally quite working the inground pop up heads. We contacted Above All Pool Care and they assessed what was needed for replacement and I was able to get an appointment the very next day! Matt was on time and did a great job of installation and explaining the new device (A&A Pentair) operation. He made sure everything was in working condition and area was cleaned up before leaving. I would certainly use them again for future repairs and any service down the road. 5 star company for sure!!
