I’ve had several pool service providers over the years. When I called Off the Deep End several years ago, I never called anyone else. Great service. Expectations are set and kept.

We went from a nasty pool to being able to use the pool. The pool is maintained weekly by tech Devan who does an awesome job. Communication is on point after the service is completed weekly with a nice photo. I love that Devan allows our dog to supervise him while doing his cleaning. She actually gets upset if she cannot join him. I would strongly recommend this company for their cleaning If you are looking for a company that is reliable and has excellent communication. Thank you Devan for being an awesome partner to keeping my pool clean for my grandson to be able to enjoy!

I just moved out here and needed to get the pool cleaned up and taken care of. They drained and deep cleaned the pool removing all the algae. They did a very thorough job making sure to get every spot. There also very friendly answering and addressing any concerns. I would highly recommend them and I have signed up for their weekly cleanings.

After over 20 years looking for a quality pool company I finally found "THE ONE".

I called my current pool company to fix my pool heater, that company worked on it and said, "there is no hope for your heater, a new one is your only option" I had to have a second opinion first and called Off the Deep End by accident. I spoke with Ben. He said, "Did someone refer you?" "No" "Well, we specialize in heaters." Ben opened the heater as told me, "The last company just threw the parts under the cover and left (uncool). Next week it was running hot. Which was very cool/or better word hot.

Upon paying for the heater repair I asked do you stay on top of Salt Water Systems, salt, cleaning element, and chemicals?" "Yes."

Next question,"I don't want to come out and find something broken, leaking, or deferred maintenance. I just want to swim.
You inform me ASAP, and I'll give you approval, if its an emergency fix it." Ben said we're on it. I said, "you're hired!"

We hired Off the Deep End Pool Service in July 2021, and we've been happy ever since.

Off the Deep End have been our pool service over 7 years.
They are much more cost effective than if I tried to do it myself and our pool looks awesome every single day of the year without of lifting a finger. The service is great. They always offer needed services and products, but never push them on my or just 'adds it to the bill'. Our tech is courteous and professional and the office staff are wonderful.

15 years ago I was in desperate need of pool service. I was introduced to off the deep end pool service, Ben personally came out and introduced himself and addressed all my pool needs. Since then I have relied all my pool needs to Off the the Deep End, no job is too large or too small. They do it all with personal attention and respect! Our home recently went under contract. Our inspection indicated we had a couple issues to be addressed with our 20 year old pool. Our realtor pointed us to Ben & Off The Deep End as a contractor she’s continually satisfied with and I engaged for an estimate…

Ben is fantastic; Responsive, articulate, transparent. I called him on a Friday midday and he had one of his employees out Monday morning to review the inspection report and provide estimates as to what they could accomplish, and associated costs.

Nestor gave me a heads up about 30 minutes before his arrival window that he was on his way. Nestor was equally fantastic in that he talked me through every instance as to why it was included in the report, how it should be addressed (as well as IF it needed to be addressed), and he helped in prioritizing which instances were most important to address and why. I never felt like he was rushing me or that I was being talked down to. It was a really positive experience.

My pools water feature also had a leak that needed to be repaired and Ben provided me with the contact info of one of his peers that specializes in that area. I was also quite pleased with his referral to that contractor.

I’m quite pleased with the estimate received for the work we’ve choosen to address & I have no hesitation in providing it to my homes buyer to address the issues. I would absolutely use Ben and his services again in our new home.

Have been using Off The Deep End Pool Services for monthly pool services and chemicals when my wife and I were both working; and always for pool repairs. They were great with the two dogs (before they passed) as well. Pool repair services are exceptional as well. Just today, Nestor was able to come to the house and install the 4 new filters within the pool filter shell, and reset my pool pump timer settings; as we had a 4 hour electric outage early today…due to the monsoon that hit NW Chandler last evening/ early this morning.

I have Off the Deep End Pool Service currently, and over the years have relied on the excellent pool care. They service pool maintenance as well as their equipment expertise. They know my pool better than I do. I honestly am so very very (did I say very?) Glad to have them! Reliable and reasonable in cost. Excellent response time when a need arises.

Even though they don’t service my area, they still took the time to walk me through step-by-step how to treat my yellow algae problem. That kind of customer service is rare these days! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone lucky enough to be in their service area!

In almost a full month of pool service, I am extremely happy and very satisfied with Off The Deep End Pool Service, LLC. Ben’s technician’s are AAA+ on servicing our pool. They do everything I expect and beyond. We are away a lot and I’m very satisfied and comfortable with their service weekly and when we’re away from home. All services such as pool is swept, chemicals are monitored and provided, Ben recommends any potential services that may be a potential future issue with no pressure at all. Hi! We have used Off the Deep End Pool Service for about 2 months. We needed a lot of work done to our pool so it was move in ready for us. They drained it, cleaned it, refilled it and their quotes beat the competition!

Then they serviced it, took care of any remaining issues and keep it looking beautiful every week!

Then our pool filter broke and they replaced it so quickly. We weren't even down two days.

This company is fairly priced, flexible and make you feel like family!

This group is awesome.
We have them out for regular maintenance and our pool is always sparkling. We had one complaint about some debris in the pool and they were out with in an hour to take care of a vacuum issue for us. Would highly recommend them for you pool needs, you won’t be disappointed.
