Jose and his team did an excellent job for me! They removed three Palm Trees and ground down the stumps to my specifications. They were excellent at communicating the process and worked very efficiently. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they had finished. I highly recommend Jose Knows Trees. Nice, competitive quotes and customer friendly! We had four sisoo trees in our backyard we wanted to remove (two of them were quite big). Jose and his crew came over and took care of the whole process in less than 5 hours! They also fixed a small plumbing issue I had in the yard for no cost. If you need a tree service, Jose Knows Trees are your guys! We had a very large pine tree in our backyard that we wanted removed. They were able to come out and give us a quote quickly and they got us on their schedule within a couple of days. The crew showed up on time and they did absolutely everything we originally discussed. These guys worked hard, fast and efficient. The clean up was fabulous. After they left, there was absolutely no mess, not one leaf! By that afternoon you would have never know there was ever a 30' tree there. The crew was polite and very experienced. We were quite impressed and we highly recommend them for your tree needs.

First time using "Jose Knows Trees". But after reading all their positive reviews I thought I'd give them a try. I needed 2 trees removed and 2 trees thinned and trimmed. There is a reason they have so many good reviews. They did a fantastic job on my trees. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. I'm a happy customer.

I read reviews on this company which were excellent. I requested a quote and Jose responded quickly and came over to meet me and see what needed to be done. We needed 3 very large palm trees removed. He was very friendly and answered all questions. A quote was given and we accepted. Very fair price. We set up a date and he had 2 guys come. They were very friendly, explained what they were going to be doing and got started. These trees were so tall but they made it seem like it was so easy which I absolutely know it wasn’t! They cleaned everything up and it was like they were never here other than we no longer had the trees. We chose not to have stumps grinded and 1 tree was next to a fence. They made sure it was trimmed down enough for us to get the fence door completely open which had never been done due to the tree being right there. Highly recommend Jose and his extraordinary team!!

Jose Knows Trees and Saguaros! The crew arrived promptly and worked diligently to take down my sick 20 foot Saguaro. I had many plants and cactus surrounding my Saguaro, which made the job challenging. They were very careful not to damage any of my plants. The crew also did an excellent job with clean up. I will use this company again and will recommend them to family and friends. Their prices are competitive and fair.

We unfortunately needed our 20 ft saguaro removed from the garden. Jose was responsive and scheduled within a couple of days. The price was good and honest (a lot of companies I inquired with quoted double) and was sent professionally with an online estimate quote. The workers showed up exactly at the time scheduled (to the minute) and completed the removal quickly with zero fuss. I also noticed the safety precautions they put in place for themselves and others.

Everything was left tidy and the two employees who did the work were very polite and helpful.

Jose and his team are amazing and I cannot recommend him enough. His pricing was half of what everyone else quoted. They showed up on time and got right to work clearing out our backyard and removing cactus and trees. His team went above and beyond. We had a dying and ever leaning 14 foot Saguaro in our front yard. The longer it was there, the more it leaned over the sidewalk. I made some calls to get it removed and "Jose Knows Best" sent their 2 man crew up first thing the next morning. They did a fantastic job in bringing it down and cutting it into 4 foot lengths for removal, and did so at the best price. I highly recommend this company for any of your tree/cactus needs. 5 Stars! Good Job!

Removal of a 25-foot tree was efficient. Vendor was helpful in suggesting a safe distance for cars to park, to avoid damage or dust. We are particularly pleased that there is no evidence of a stump, the ground is level, and the crew's cleanup of the surrounding area was immaculate- - even the leaves were cleaned up.

I needed serious trimming on 4 large ficus trees and had already received two bids when I contacted Jose Knows Trees. Jose came out quickly and I explained what I needed done. He provided a fair and reasonable estimate and I chose his company. He came out with this guys at the exact time and day as planned. We were highly satisfied with the finished job and highly recommend them. We will certainly use them again.

We moved into a house that has huge palm trees in the backyard that desperately needed to be trimmed and skinned. We found Jose Knows Trees on Google and they seemed very knowledgeable and reputable when it comes to tree maintenance (which we knew nothing about). Sol was super helpful when it came to scheduling and answering any questions, and when the crew came out, they were quick and did a beautiful job with our trees and cleaning up. These guys are amazing!! We came outside at 730am to find our tree fell on the neighbors house. By 830am, they came by to quote us. By 11am they were here and removing the trees!! Within 4 hours, they had our problem solved! We found this company in a state of panic & they did everything to help us!! 10/10 for service! 10/10 for people! 10/10 for communication! Needed to have a 40’ diseased Saguaro cactus, a large prickly pear cactus and a barrel cactus removed from my front yard. Jose came the next day after inquiring online and provided a free estimate. I got three estimates and their price was competitive but Jose’s knowledge and professionalism sealed the deal. The two-man crew who did the labor did an EXCELLENT job. Two of my neighbors asked for their info after seeing my yard. The whole experience couldn’t have been better. Would definitely recommend.

I am so impressed with this business. Devasted about the pending loss of my huge saguaro, and Jose Knows Trees, had a crew come out and get the job done, never have seen men working so hard, and everyone knew what there job was. Was concerned with the size of the saguaro, there might be property damage, while taking down. They measured and placed ropes to direct the way the cactus fell, and not a crack to anything!!! Will use or recommend again, they were amazing!

But Edgar is super experienced over 15 yrs . He calculated the drop and this 3 person crew handled this thing. I was nervous but he was confident with what they were working with. Amazing!!!
