Scott came and began work on ~18' queen palm tree removal within a few hours of our call to him. Working by himself, he didn't get it done the same day as planned. Not a problem for us as we weren't expecting it to be completed that day anyway. He came back the next morning and finished the work in a few hours, including root ball removal and excellent cleanup! Jose Knows Trees is wonderful! They helped us change our front yard from grass to desert landscape. They were prompt to respond to calls/text messages typically within one business day or sooner. They explained everything throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and showed up on time. They worked within our budget and used the items we had versus making us spend tons of money on all new materials. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. We had a saguaro cactus fall and they were there, same day! They removed the cactus and inspected the others for signs of distress. We ended up having to remove another one and their rates were very reasonable. Friendly efficient crew, that cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them!

I received a quick response when using Google Maps to ask for a quote. It was an easy process, I just took a picture of the tree and received a quote online. They did a really great job and the tree looks great. Not only that they cleaned the debris and removed all that was removed from the tree including cleaning up the side and area around the tree. It looked brand new and both my husband and I are really happy with their services. We will be using them again.

I got Jose's number from the side of his truck when he removed a giant tree from my neighbors yard a few months ago. When I called to have a tree removed, and another large tree trimmed back, he showed up the same day to give me a quote. His team then showed up a few days later and were very professional and quick. The cleanup after they were done was awesome. Will definitely use this company again.

JOSE SAVES LIVES. My 30 foot tall Mesquite tree was leaning precipitously close to our block fence. If it were to blow over, I calculated that it would not only damage the wall, but the top limbs would likely crash through my neighbor's master bathroom window. Not wanting him or his wife to be impaled by a Mesquite while soaking in their tub, I called Jose.

He asked for photos, asked me a few questions, and texted me a quote (which was about half of what we paid to have a tree removed when we live back east).

A few days later, his crew arrived and removed the tree. His guys were courteous and professional. They even cut some of the Mesquite into rounds and stacked them in my backyard. While I was very sorry to lose the tree, I will celebrate its life by burning the wood in the fire pit one day soon.

Most importantly, my neighbor can now soak in safety without the looming threat of being impaled by my Mesquite.

The moral of this story: Jose will save you money, and he may even save a neighbor's life. Jose definitely knows trees!

Jose and team did a great job cutting down, killing and stump grinding an intruding Sissoo tree in my front yard. The price was very competitive. I will be using their services again in the future.

Found this service online, it was super easy to get an estimate - I just texted their cell # pictures of the tree. I had a short spiky palm tree that needed to go, and they gave me a reasonable price to pull the tree and roots. They scheduled me within a few days, did the work while I was out, and sent pics to show all the work they did. Paying them was very easy. I had a great experience from start to finish and would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs their trees taken care of.

I cannot express how wonderful Jose and his crew are! I called the company on Monday and they were out that afternoon to see what I wanted to have done.....which was a lot! We purchased a home with overgrown trees, trees that were dying, and trees and bushes planted way too close to the wall and starting to cave them in. I asked if they would remove everything! It was a huge job and I am so extremely impressed by the care and workmanship they have. They showed up on time, laid tarps when grinding stumps to not have debris fall in my pool, and they left the yard neat and prepped for the next day. My yard is now a blank slate for me to build my dream oasis. It is absolutely beautiful and clean. It's honestly hard to find the words to describe just how much I enjoy my yard now and the wonderful experience I had with this company. I wouldn't hire anyone else. Both of my neighbors have come over to say how wonderful it looks!

Jose Knows Trees is an amazing and very knowledgeable landscaping business!! I submitted my information on there website and I contacted me almost immediately. They cleaned up my fathers property which had been neglected for a while as he is unable to care for the property anymore due to illness and old age. Jose was able to come out and give us a free quote for tree removals, hauling/clean-up, tree trimming, stump removal and weeds. He was very knowledgeable regarding the type of trees we needed removed and how to keep these types from regrowing in the future. The price quoted was extremely reasonable, and one of the best we received! He is licensed,bonded and insured which gave us peace of mind with the tree removals, and his crew was extremely efficient and thorough. Sol was so helpful and responded quickly during a busy time for their business. Very professional and even notified me when they were on their way for estimate and services. She was able to fit us in within a day and work within our budget which was appreciated since we were dealing with a huge mess. Highly recommend their services.

These guys did an INCREDIBLE job! They were timely, professional, affordable, and meticulous! The only access to my backyard is through my townhouse, so they went above and beyond, cutting the branches up small enough to haul out in a trash can, so as not to make a mess or damage anything. There was not a single twig or leaf in my yard or in my house after they finished cleaning up. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! I will definitely be using them for all future tree trimming needs.

The recent storms pulled two large barrel cactus out of our front yard, roots and all. Jose Knows Trees sent a link to have me attach photos. Within minutes of sending the photos they sent a quote. A very reasonable quote. Within two hours they were at our home. Within three hours they had cleaned up leaving no evidence of the now missing cacti. They were so pleasant to work with and I can not recommend them more highly. Oh, and they planted a baby cactus where the 9 ft cactus had been - gotta love it!
