Jose Know Trees did an excellent job trimming my two large California fan palms this week. The trees look fantastic! Better yet I don't have to worry about the trees dropping thousands of those small black seeds anymore. Yeah!

I was also impressed how thoroughly they cleaned up all the trimmings (off the ground and anything that had fallen into the pool). Much appreciated.

Jose was great. They were quick to schedule and were able to have one tree removed and another trimmed in 2 hours, including doing a great job cleaning up. Prices were very reasonable and I will be a returning customer.

What an outstanding and professional job this company did in removing a 25' Saguaro cactus from our yard!! It was located about 5' from our home, dying and leaning towards our home. The crew definitely knew how and where to drop it so it wouldn't damage the house, retaining wall, tree and shrubs. The cactus stump and roots were removed and yard was perfectly cleaned and raked. And the cost was extremely reasonable for being BBB accredited, licensed, bonded and insured! This business is one of the best and highly recommended!

Jose and crew are amazing! Quick and thorough assessment with reasonable pricing. I had 5 tall palms, 1 short palm and a huge yard filled with weeds. The crew was able to complete in about 4 hours. What stands out is that there was cactus removal that were part of the original quote, and Jose immediately apologized and had his crew cone back out to complete the project. Had a 20'+ saguaro that started to slightly lean. Jose came out and gave us some options, however we decided for a complete removal. Are we glad we did as the cactus was rotten at the core and probably would have crashed into our house. Three days later he had a crew on site. They were very professional and did a wonderful job of clean up. Will definitely recommend Jose.

This was the first time I used Jose Knows Trees and I am delighted with the work that Hamsaw and his helper did. They thinned out two large blue palo verdes, two palms and a yucca. Jose gave me a time and date they would come, a reminder text the day before and they showed up on time (actually a little early). The price was very reasonable and I really appreciate how well they cleaned up after their work. I suggest you give Jose Knows Trees a try!

Jose and his team did a great job, not just with cutting down the tree and removing the stump, but with removing the sissoo root that was leading to our homes foundation and cinder wall. We have turf grass and they were very careful with lifting the turf and placing everything back as if no one moved it. I also appreciated after all that work, they cleaned the area so well, you would never know work was done in that specific spot and the surrounding areas.

Had a 25 year old Sissou tree that was now becoming an issue for my neighbors and myself. José and crew took it down, safely with no damage, piled up the extra wood for firewood for me. Came back 10 weeks later so they could kill the root of the tree first and then grind the stump down to below the ground level.

Far and away the best pool service I have ever had! Our cleaner, Russ, is reliable and has great attention to detail. Jeremiah and Ben in the home office are also a pleasure to deal with when issues arise.

We were referred to Jeff and Ben by neighbors after needing a new pool service because our current guy was not taking care of business and clearly packed thorough knowledge of pool systems.
Off the Deep End responded quickly, and immediately demonstrated their knowledge and skill set in this arena. They were able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose problems with the system.
They showed up less than a week later and fixed the issues.
Then Jeff asked up personally and gave our pool a hell of a makeover to get it back to crystal blue water in just under a day. He personally vacuumed and scrubbed it, treated it with chemicals and made it sparkle.

These guys are worth it.
