So thankful for excellent work from Steam Right. Outstanding customer service from start to finish, very competitive pricing, and wonderful results for our carpet and tile. Martin and Jeremy were efficient, kind and helpful. We will definitely be using Steam Right Cleaning again!

When Martin did the original job, I thought everything went great. Once my rug completely dried, the stains were still there. I brought this to his attention and he offered to come out to fix it. We rescheduled a time that I ended up having to reschedule and another time with a 20 minutes heads up, which didn't end up working out. After many attempts of trying to coordinate a new time/date to come back out, he has gone unresponsive. Very frustrating and will not be using him again.

Very professional team! We unfortunately had a lot of pet stains and odor coming from the downstairs and they not only took care of it, but we didn’t feel judged at all. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure the carpet was all clean. Extremely reasonable prices. Was even willing to come back to have another go for us! Awesome team, highly recommend them!

Disappointed. Had grout cleaned in the main part of the house, that part was good. Had Martin come back to recolor my grout. Pics show what was was left with. I texted concerns and got nothing back. Buyer Beware

Larimar pools is the best pool service company in the valley. I vetted and hired others. Larimar comes on schedule and performs a complete service every visit. These are the guys to hire. I would give 10 stars because they are the BEST!

Straight shooter that explained the repairs needed thoroughly, laid out all the options, explain, and did it step by step to actually fix the problem instead of selling me the whole kit. Weekly service has gone well too. Pool looks great.

i just went and bought a new vacuum for the pool and installed it and had no idea how to make it work so we called JP. he called me at 7:30 at night to FaceTime me to help me get the vacuum going and explained in detail on how to work our pool system. The best part was he didn’t charge us because It wasn’t an actual service call. Very knowledgeable and took the time out of his day just to help! what a great company!! thank you 👏

I called JP, and, in the past had two different pool techs, as well as a plumber try to figure out my pool issue taking in air. They couldn't figure it out. With a few quick fixes, JP had it figured out within the week of calling him. I can tell you I feel confident he is a good person, and will not mislead you. I had paid way too much in the past for "supposed" repairs and that was not the case with Larimar. thank you so much.

Juan and his team took over my pool here in Tempe over a year ago and i have nothing good to say. They keep the water clean throughout summer as well as winter and always send photos of chem levels and pool for my review weekly so i know how the pool is looking. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a pool service!
