Good communication. Responds to messages. James was awesome at getting the pool emptied, acid washed, water leveler replaced and pool filter cleaned. Would use again. Think I would find my own tile guy, next time to remove calcium . It was expensive for a mild build up $315.00 for 20 minutes work, I had agreed to the price so not the pools company fault. Just a lesson learned.

We recently had a problem with our filtration system and Lee sent a qualified tech who diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the system that same day! Love Aloha Desert pools. Quality pool service that shows up when they say they will and makes your pool look amazing. So much better than just having “a pool guy” that may or may not show up! Been there done that. I love that they email me after they service the pool and they let me know what the levels of the different chemicals are.

Aloha just called me without notice to cancel services. They told me they are no longer servicing in my area, and left the pool looking green. It took 2 weeks for them to tell me that my system wasn’t working and now I’m scrambling trying to find a company to fix it. I’m very disappointed in the work they have done in the 2 months I’ve used them.

They replace my pool motor that was going out. They did the best job also they even fixed up my old one that was not running that great and they made it run as good as it did before. I really like the service and I like the way they get back to you through text if they missed your call. Everything is automated and the company knows what they're doing. They installed this new Hayward multi-step motor and you can't even hear it run at all. All I hear is my waterfall.

Service is always quite good, but Chris, our tech today and the past few weeks, is the greatest!! Super hard worker with Awesome attention to detail! Really great service overall for several years now from a quality company. The owners, Lee and Cheryl, took over from previous company we had used, and have always been responsive to any issues we have had in a timely manner.

We contacted Lee after having some less than good service from a couple other pool services. Open my first conversation with them I knew I was going to be in better hands and was I right. His team has gone out of their way to make sure the diagnosed the issues we were having keeping our pool cleaned and corrected it right away. Two years and several companies prior and none of them fixed our pool until Aloha desert pools. Hands down amazing services.
