Aloha desert pools were efficient and and their time management skills were on point.

Just started using Aloha Desert Pools for our new home. The previous homeowners were using them and they came highly recommended. They charge a reasonable price monthly which covers weekly cleanings. They send us a recap via email including before and after photos and details on the ph levels, etc. Jon has done a great job thus far! Looking forward to continuing service with them.

So disappointed...
Our last pool service owner retired after servicing our pool for 12 years- with no issues. Our service was sold to 2 companies that did not survive and finally sold to Aloha. We were pleased that it was a local service with good reviews. We have not had any issues until we came home from vacation on 7/2/23 to find the pool cloudy and GREEN. The regular tech had just been to our home a few days earlier.
My husband has been communicating by phone and by text to the office- and they have been responsive, however, when the tech arrives (today was the 3rd new tech) he has no history of the issues, does not communicate and has no idea how to resolve our issue.

The office promised to send a 'lead' tech today (7/14/23). The tech they sent (that I had to chase down as he was leaving) had no knowledge of our current issues or history of calls, said he was only sent to change the filter. He said the office would call to schedule the repair to the crack in the filter that he found.
When we tried to reach out to the company by text and phone to get more information, there is a message stating that the office is closed today, they are out of town. This is very frustrating.

Today it will be 115 degrees outside and this will be the 3rd weekend in a row that we cannot use our pool.

I can’t say enough great things about Aloha Pools. They treat their customers like family. They are very professional, return calls promptly and are such a pleasure to work with. I give them 10 out of 10 stars!!!!!!!

When pricing around to replace a failing pool pump, Aloha was the most fair priced and was very responsive out of all the pool companies in the East Valley. I was very pleased with their pricing and customer service - I will use Aloha moving forward for pool issues I can’t handle myself.

I have been using Aloha for about 8 months and cannot speak highly enough of my service. My tech Scott will text me every time he is on his way so I can make sure my dogs are in, he is always on time and my pool is perfect when he leaves. I get a detailed email of the services he addressed and pictures of the completed work emailed to me shortly after he leaves. I’ve never gotten this much info in 20 years of being a pool owner and using multiple pool services. I always feel that there cannot be too much info when you have a monthly service company who comes to your home this often.

I absolutely recommend Aloha!

Wow. These guys are stellar, our technician Scott really went above and beyond every week. Anyone I had over would compliment the pool and say they wanted to jump in!

This company is very communicative and timely. They have updates after every service and talk with you about any repairs in order to get you through it. Cheryl was great to work with as a coordinator and mediator between me and the techs when I didn’t see em.

Very impressive customer service. I called on a Friday night after reading all of the good reviews online. A gentleman by the name of Brian called me back within 5 minutes. Brian spent 30 minutes on the phone with me listening to my pool problem and how he would be happy to help me. Brian then showed up the very next morning to take a look at my pool. I would highly recommend this Company. I run a business myself and I know how important customer service is. This company cares about what they are doing. Im very happy to have finally found a pool company that cares about what they are doing.

Update to earlier review: After about 8 months of service, very happy I made the decision to go with Aloha. Service has been dependable, trustworthy and effective. Chris is professional, friendly, thorough and receptive to any requests or questions I have. Well done!

I just recently started using Aloha Desert Pools to maintain and service my pool. Brad has been the technician, and is very polite, professional and is cautious when entering the yard in the event my pets are outside. The office/ownership has been very responsive to questions I've posed and very proactive with any relevant information, including charges for any necessary future equipment issues with my old equipment, which has been very helpful.

Aloha pools explained to us the process of draining acid washing, and cleaning tile and replacing l Our old filtration system pump they explained the steps how long it would take. Am I right on time did fabulous work I would recommend them and I give him a five star rating.

Amazing Fast Service. I'm a new pool owner who had a ton of questions! Lee has been there to answer them from day one! Even got me scheduled in for a bead blast with only 2-3 days notice! Pool turned out amazing! Would definitely recommend Aloha Desert Pools to anyone!

Robert deserves credit. He picked up, understood what I was trying to do right away, and gave me a clean answer without a bunch of filler. The call was short, but it was exactly what I needed.

We have been with Aloha Desert for several years and I have recommended them to so many of our neighbors. They are FANTASTIC. Not only are their rates some of the best you’ll find, the service is consistent and my pool stays spotless and clean and clear all year long. Our salt water pool system has had issues and needed troubleshooting and we have always been taken care of by the techs and also the owners. We are new to the area and were looking for a quality pool company to service our pool, but also to do some major repairs. Aloha pools came out and gave us a bid for work and monthly service. The work was done quickly and carefully, the price quoted was on par with what another quote, and there was great communication throughout the process. I love that they provide before and after pictures with a report, at each weekly cleaning.
We were not present for the repairs, but communication was great through out that process. The tech, Jeff, came out once we arrived and spent a lot of time walking us through the equipment and how we should care for the pool, in between weekly cleanings.
The previous owner’s pool company had come out before being cancelled by the owner, and they suggested that the repairs done were not adequately, which lead us inquire with Aloha. Aloha was professional and detailed in satisfying our questions, and providing a lot of education. Josh and Jeff have been great to work with and we look forward to our continued working relationship.
