I have used them for about 6 months now, and my pool tech Jason always answers all my questions each week with a great attitude! He does a great job keeping my pool looking great also!

So far so good. We had our initial cleaning and the pool experts took their time to photograph the equipment, take measurements, deposit appropriate chemicals and clean the pool. I’m looking forward to continued excellent service!

I have enjoyed working with Aloha Desert Pools for my monthly pool service, filter cleaning and equipment replacement. They are kind, consistent and text when they are on their way so I can unlock the gate and put my dog away. I really appreciate their customer service.

When they do show up they don't clean the pool. They've broken more equipment than I can keep track of at this point. Even after repeatedly asking they failed to check the pool's chemistry and continuously add chlorine and other chemicals and chemicals that are not needed and have caused damage to our pool. They've caused a leak in our backyard and never showed up to fix it. This has been the most disappointing Pool Service I've ever received. There's a different technician every week if they do show up, the technicians have no instruction on what's going on with the pool and go against our wishes on adding dry chlorine to the skimmer basket. We've asked them multiple times to check the full chemistry before adding anything to it and they fail to do so each and every time. Highly not recommended

Is she need your clothes clean your your drapes cleaned or if you have a water or fire loss they are the best to go to they are very professional and do a great job

Called several times to follow up on faulty installation. Never returned the phone call so. Assuming they are out of business.
