After searching for someone to take over our pool service while we're out of town we stumbled on to AquaKlear. Service was completely reliable and every week Rasheed turned up and made sure everything was running as it should. Was quick to sign up the service and commenced that week. When and if something came up, Rasheed was quick to communicate and we were able to quickly resolve things.

From day one since we moved here to the Valley of the Sun in summer of 2021, we've contracted Rasheed and his team at Aquaklear Pools to take care of our pool service needs. Rasheed is very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and communicates how our pool functions better than anyone I know. He is available in emergencies and is accommodative to our needs. I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a hands-on, reputable company for all of your pool servicing needs. P.S. - He also taught me how to more efficiently use our Hayward pool products, and that isn't even his job.

When I originally was looking for a pool service, what stuck out most to me when reading Aquaklears reviews was how well Rasheed not only communicates with his clients, but educates them on all they need to know about their pools/spas. Those reviews were 100% correct! It’s very apparent this company takes great pride in providing the best service for their customers and go above and beyond to help when issues arise. Rasheed provided top-notch and reliable service. We had an issue with the pool light, and he came out promptly to diagnose the problem. He was quick to figure it out and also took the time to explain the pool equipment and maintenance to me as a new pool owner. His helpfulness and sense of responsibility really stood out, and his communication skills are excellent.

We have had Aquaklear Pools service our pool since we moved in to our home two years ago. They do a great job of keeping it looking beautiful year-round. If we have an issue or a question regarding our equipment, they always address our concerns immediately. We had a leak occur in our water feature this summer, and they were able to repair the leak and re-cement the area where they needed to locate it. Rasheed is up front and honest with what needs to be repaired, replaced, or what we can hold off on for a while longer. They are reliable and communicative - we are pleased with the service they provide.

Aquaklear Pools has been my pool maintenance company for the last 10 years. They have been nothing but exceptional. From their customer service to their maintenance on my pool.. We fired our previous pool company for not doing their job and Rasheed got the pool back to where it needed to be. We can't thank him enough.

My husband and I obtained AquaKlear within the 1st month that we purchased our home. Rasheed came over to introduce himself, assess the pool, equipment and provide us with the expectations he/they would fulfill. We got hit heavily from a monsoon storm that left layers of dirt in our pool and it looked like a green lagoon...no joke! You couldn't even see through the pool at all! I called in a panic and Rasheed assured me that they would fix it all and have it ready to go as scheduled. Needless to say, he was right...they did a phenomenal job restoring our pool back to "AquaKlear" in less than 24 hours. ( The pictures attached here are from us after trying to clean, brush, vacuum the pool ourselves but with minimal results. I wish I would have taken pics right after the storm so you could truly see the how thick it truly was ).

I know for a fact that there is no other pool company out there that could compare to the personal touch that Rasheed, Ron and Rosanne provide not only weekly but a phone call away when needed. Rasheed and his team have been servicing my pool for a couple years, but it was also time for some more serious maintenance. To begin with, we installed a new pump and heater. Then drained everything to power wash, install new lights, clean/repair all the fixtures and jets, and spruce it all up with new tile. The work was done well and even more importantly, quickly! Rasheed was always clear in communication, scheduling, and exceeded expectations. Thank you AquaKlear!

AquaKlear has been servicing our pool in Sun Lakes for 3 years now. During this time they have installed a Hayward pool pump, filter and our two pool lights and one spa light. In addition, they service the pool weekly. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their installs and the weekly service they provide. Always responsive to our pool's needs and super friendly to deal with. Rasheed and his team are the best! I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else when it comes to maintaining our clean and sparkling pool!

I recently hired them for tile cleaning and repair, an acid wash, and startup chemicals, and the results were phenomenal. Rasheed and his team are first class! We had a leak in one of our waterfall features. I looked up a lot of pool companies and Aquaklear stuck out from the number of high reviews. Rasheed was able to come out in less than a week with his team and fix the waterfall leak as well as replace our old pool timer with a more modern one. He was extremely communicative and professional throughout the process. It was very evident how knowledgeable Rasheed was about pools in general. I cannot recommend Aquaklear and Rasheed enough if you have any issues with your pool!
