Doug is honest, fair, and always on time. I've been using his services for my home and rental house. I am amazed at how my abused kitchen floor of my rental house comes out every time he cleans it. It's like magic. The black grout turns white like the day the house was built.
In one occasion, he didn't charge the room when the sport renters left on the carpet didn't completely come out. Now, that is integrity. For that he's had my business for 5 years now.

Great service. Carpets looked great after. The best part (IMO) is the carpet isn’t WET after - it was damp and dried quickly. Doug was personable and responsive.

I was considering replacing my 11 year old carpet. I have 2-4 dogs in the house at different times and they can do a number on them, but every time I call Doug he revitalises my carpets and they look and feel almost like new. I have been using A Spotless House for around 15 years and he has never let me down. A great value for the money, Doug works hard and gets them done right the first time.

This is the best floor and upholstery cleaning company ever! My couches and carpets look brand new every time. Doug is kind, generous and cheaply priced. He's got a lot of experience and he's always on time.

Upholstery, carpet, area rugs, outdoor cushions/rugs plus tile/grout cleaning. Doug always does a thorough job & his product knowledge gives an extra sense of “Ahhh, this guy knows his stuff!” So glad we found him in 2017 for our home, our rental & our son/DIL home. Doug never disappoints.

Doug came in and cleaned every carpeted room in my house for a great price. He did a wonderful job and even got out an old worn-in olive juice stain which we thought would never come out. He's a really nice guy and was patient as I moved the pets around from room to room. He definitely went the extra mile!

Came out the very next day and did an awesome job! I thought the carpet in our son's room was beyond saving but it looks so much better.

I have been using A Spotless House for years. Doug is great to work with, has always been flexible with my busy schedule and charges a fair price for the fantastic work he does. I have tried the "other guys" in the past, but they don't compare to the work Doug does. I will never use anyone else to clean my carpets and tile!

Doug was great! Good about calling back and keeping me informed of schedule etc. When he arrived he looked everything over and told me what could and couldn't be done (my carpets are really old) and he and his other employee did a great job at cleaning them. I am very happy with the result and with customer service as well as good price.

Doug was very flexible and worked around our painters who took longer than planned. He showed up right on time and was pleasant and professional. We have used Doug twice now and I will not think of using any other service, even if I thought it would save a few bucks. Although, I can't believe anyone would be less than Doug. Great price and service all around!!!

Doug has been cleaning my carpets now for several years. He’s very friendly and professional. Does a great job. My carpets always look and smell new. Great job cleaning our carpets and tile! He got some stains out of the carpet that previous companies could not! Floors look great and he recommended some good products to maintain our floors better!

This review is LONG overdue so I must apologize to Doug for that. I can’t speak highly enough about the service we received from A Spotless House. We’ve hired Doug a few times over the past year…once to clean our tile/grout and two other times for our carpets. We think he does an AMAZING job and we definitely plan to be repeat/regular customers. Incredibly, Doug was able to restore our nasty grout (which was practically black) back to the light brown color that it was 10 years ago. We have two older pets so keeping the carpets clean is a never-ending battle and they look terrible most of the time. Doug saved the day and managed to remove ALL stains throughout the house and gave the carpets new life! As far as cost goes, you just can’t beat his prices. Aside from the fact that he does great work and has fantastic pricing, he’s just a NICE guy! He’s personable, he shows up on time, performs the work in a reasonable amount of time, and leaves the place looking awesome. We are thoroughly impressed with Doug’s work and we certainly won’t hesitate to recommend him to others.
