Did a great job and professional I thought there was no way my carpets could be cleaned with all the stains but he made them look brand new and they smell really fresh ! I feel like I’m in a new apartment again, highly recommend!

Jesse comes to my house once every couple of months and get it done! I have upstairs and downstairs and he comes right in, vacuums and then goes crazy on my floors, I'm so thankful for Jesse he's the best business professional carpet guy I ever met, I'll be a customer for life!

He has cleaned our carpets a few times now and we will continue to use his services. Our carpet has heavy stains and needs to be replaced. However, we have a senior dog that has a hard time getting around on hard surface floors so we will keep the carpet until she is no longer with us. That said Done Right Carpet Cleaning always takes his time on our floors. He does a very deep clean to restore them to tolerable conditions. He is always on time and is a hard worker. He takes pride in his work, is meticulous about delivering a quality cleaning and his prices are fair. We would definitely refer him to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

I won't ever call another carpet cleaner nor rent a machine. Done Right does the absolute best job. Thorough, deep clean on the carpet everytime. I was moving in and my apartment manager told me they couldnt get a black spot out of my carpet in the new apt. How ghetto! I have a crawling/walking infant whose gonna be on the carpet I knew who I needed to call! Not only did he show up the next day, move in day and worked diligently around furniture delivery, the black spots were gone. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Jessie for cleaning carpets. He did a great job. My carpets look so much better. He let me know when he was on his way. He is very personable. I thought his prices were very fair.

The name says it all: Done Right. My husband called and they were able to schedule our carpet cleaning right away. Jesse was on time and very professional. He explained everything and really focused on the high traffic areas of the carpets. Everything smelled & looked so fresh. Our carpets look beautiful. We’re planning to have him return to clean the grout and tile in the kitchen and living room area.

I called Jesse the day I needed service and he came out that afternoon 30 minutes early. He knows what he’s doing and gave me a great rate on 3 bedrooms. My carpets are older and white so it’s hard to get lost the stains out but he always does a good job. Been using Done Right for a year now and won’t be going with anyone else.
