Excellent experience with this company. Ivan and Mike showed up promptly for their 7am appointment and went right to work. Got a carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, and tile cleaning. All 3 had great results and made the house feel like new again. Prices were reasonable and the crew was friendly and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Miramar just completed cleaning my carpets and outdoor cushions for an upcoming family celebration at my home. They did an excellent job in an efficient, professional manner. I especially appreciate their friendly attitude, and that they always leave my home the way they found it.

We had various areas of tile, carpet, area rugs and upholstery (a large sectional sofa and bar stools) to be cleaned. Ivan & Mike spent many hours at our home working hard. They were very careful when moving furniture and even took the sofa apart to clean each section. They checked in with me numerous times to make sure I was happy with their progress. I felt the price was reasonable for the amount of items we had cleaned. We will definitely call Miramar to do all our steam cleaning in the future

Miramar Carpet Cleaning did a great job again. I’ve been using them for years, and I’ve never been disappointed. And for me, he’s a big cat lover; you can tell by the logo on his truck.

Aaron did an AMAZING job cleaning our carpets!! He was even able to get out big gooey globs left from a laundry detergent spill! His enthusiasm is refreshing, and he takes pride in doing quality work!

Aaron from Miramar does an excellent job cleaning our carpet. We recently had some pet stains where I used enzyme cleaner. But they still needed to be professionally treated. There were other rooms that were affected and needed treatment. They look beautiful! I believe we will continue to use Aaron’s services for another 7 years.

Aaron did a custom cleaning service on my area rugs. I appreciate he spent time to understand my expectations of the cleaning process and possible outcome. He paid attention to the rug fibers, the rug qualities, and the traffic pattern. He certainly had my best interest at heart, did a terrific job and quickly.!

They are a wonderful company. Aaron Ana we're very friendly and very professional and did an amazing job. I had an old red stain on one of my carpets that they said they may not be able to get out because I had already tried to clean it. But Aaron told me if he couldn't get to stain out he would not charge me for it. The carpet in my tiles that he cleaned came out amazing I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs to get carpet or tiles cleaned. I give them a five star

Ivan & Michael serviced my move out carpet clean for 2 bedrooms & a staircase. They were prompt, friendly, thorough, and efficient. Very personable guys. We had great conversation and Ivan gave me a few tips for hidden gems to visit for our upcoming travels to Mexico. Wonderful service. Let me start by saying that this is the 3rd time I've tried to write this. my fat fingers keep loosing it. If I hadn't been so impressed with Miramar, I would have given up a long time ago. We have lived in our house in Chandler for 27 years. When we purchased the house we had 1000 sq. ft. of ceramic tile installed. It had never been professionally cleaned. We had 4 bedrooms with carpet. The carpets were about 15 years old and had been cleaned about 10 years ago. At that time I was not impressed. With all of the furniture out of the house, the carpets looked terrible and grout lines in the tile floor looked bad. Miramar showed up on time with a BIG truck. They went to work. About 3 hours later, the ceramic tile looked like it did when installed and the carpets looked like new. I was and am amazed. All of this for a VERY reasonable price. The owner and assistant were very professional and were very nice. I can't say enough about them, GREAT job.

Excellent work on the carpets and tile in the kitchen floor! They were able to get up globs of hair I didn’t even realize were there. Loved interacting with Aaron he is funny but most of all does a very thorough job.

Ivan and Mike were on time, went the extra mile cleaning my carpets and sofa. They move my heavy furniture and put them back for me. I am so very please with their work and care that the job was done right and I would be pleased. I would highly recommend them.

Aaron, the owner, is very honest and does an excellent job. We had a spot on the carpet and he showed us what was causing it and what it would take to get rid of it for good. We also had him clean an area rug and it always looks so much nicer afterwards. He explains things very thoroughly, which we always appreciate. We have used his business for 5 years and highly recommend him and his crew.

Ivan and Mike are the best! They work so hard and really do seem to care. It bothers them when it doesn't look quite right, so they go the extra mile. This time we had them do the tile. But previous times he's done the carpeting and cleaned our patio furniture cushions. Always a great job. Aaron and his crew are amazing.

After a friend originally referred me to Miramar, I have been using them for several years. Aaron is fantastic!! I have 4 kids and a dog who semi-frequently messes on my carpet. Aaron is so understanding, treats it and gets us looking clean and smelling fresh every time!
