Gus just cleaned our (very nasty) air ducts and he was so fantastic, so friendly, and did such a great job. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!!!!! Thank you Coconut cleaners for employing such hardworking and nice people.

This was my first time using Coconut cleaning. Mason was our technician. He was so kind and polite. He did a very thorough job and it was pleasant having him at our house. He honored my promotional deal and gave me information about services I could use in the future. Highly recommend.

They put new light in my leather recliner, and cleaned up my comfy comfy sofa it looks like new! I did my research and they had the best reviews and they proved it today! Hayden was wonderful! I hired Coconut to clean my house and WOW!!! 1000/10!!! Nick B came and he was so professional and kind. He was super knowledgable and helped me pick the right cleaning method for my home. He did my tile, carpet, and couch and sprayed enzyme cleaner before he did his regimen to get out the pet stains/smell. I have never had a cleaning company put this much effort and care into their work. I appreciated Nick B and how much time he spent with me. Nick B even worked with me on price and threw in some extras which I am very thankful for. The outcome of the clean was amazing and I was astounded with how good it smelled. The flooring looks amazing and I will definitely be using their services again. Plus they came on a Friday night, how convenient is that?!? 10/10 would recommend Coconut Cleaning and Nick B!!

I’ve used coconut for cleaning a few times & I’ve had nothing short of a great experience every time. The technicians were polite and efficient & my house always smells so fresh afterward. My carpet gets dirty quickly due to kids & people always ask if we got new carpets after they leave. 🤣 It’s also always a pleasure talking to Alec at the office. He always is cheerful & ensures i have a great experience. I would recommend coconut to everyone!

AJ was super kind, charismatic & personable! He communicated well about what to expect & why they do what they do. You can tell he really enjoys working for Coconut Cleaning which always feels good as a client investing in a service. I would highly recommend CC to anyone & everyone. They go above & beyond with wearing booties in the house, mopping up after the service, as well as offering guards for your baseboards so they don’t damage anything. 5 stars all around :)

AJ did an amazing job on my floors explaining everything to me in full detail. He was very knowledgeable about LVP flooring and how to properly clean. I’m going to ask for him each time! Super personable as well.

Hayden was excellent. On-time, friendly, professional and worked efficiently. He had great communication prior to arriving. Did a great job explaining my options to me. I did not opt for the club membership today, but Hayden took time to show me all the benefits and details and double checked with me at the end just to be sure I hadn’t changed my mind. Was not pushy or aggressive though which I appreciated. He did a great job on our floors and rug. Very happy with our service today!

Really appreciate Coconut Cleanings approach to sales. Information provided, kind, respectful and easy to book with. Little did I know they clean just about every surface of your home. I signed up for the Coconut Club too! They come out every 3 months and provide a large discount on that loyalty!

We had Jayden with Coconut Cleaning out yesterday and our carpets look excellent! He did a great job at explaining everything and giving us an accurate price. They have top of the line equipment and are very professional. Stains that have previously been gone over by other cleaning companies, and not removed, are now gone. We will definitely be using them again when we need another cleaning.

Tech was a nice guy but unfortunately my carpets look the same after cleaning. After I didn't fall for the $400 in upgrades they wanted me to it appeared they did the bare minimum out of spite.

These guys did an amazing job and were in and out under 2 hrs. We have a puppy and was concerned our carpets were totaled, shocked that they were able to get all stains out. Will definitely be using coconut cleaning exclusively!

Christian did a real nice job on our area rugs. When he left they were looking like new! Good personality, a pleasure to have in our house.

He truly went above and beyond by helping us set up a monthly cleaning plan to keep our home fresh and clean moving forward. On top of that, he even found a solution to service the turf in our backyard, which was an unexpected but greatly appreciated bonus.

I called this company before the holidays to clean my couch. Great company with great communication. I received texts when they were on their way and Jayden did an awesome job cleaning my couch. He even spot treated due to my dogs and removed odor. The couch looked brand new after. He was very professional and a great salesman! I would recommend this company and use them again. The technician, Nick, arrived at my house exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job cleaning the inside of my vehicle. He explained the service, the cost and what to expect. He answered all of my questions and even gave me a quote for a rug inside my house for cleaning at another time. His communication and customer service skills were on point. Now my car smells fresh and clean without a heavy perfume scent. I would highly recommend this service to a friend.

The technician who came out for the carpet cleaning did a great job with the cleaning itself. However, after the service was completed and payment was made I discovered that the technician had turned off the main water supply to my home after breaking the outdoor faucet and never informed me of any issue. I went over 24 hours without water while waiting for maintenance to obtain replacement parts to fix the damage caused. I attempted to contact the company on multiple occasions to report the issue but almost a week later I still have not received a call back from the manager. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and professionalism in handling this issue I would not recommend this company.
