Being new to AZ we had no idea who to contact for cleaning services for a move in clean of a home we recently purchased. The owner left the home in a dirty state and we were heart broken when we saw the home after the seller moved out. Alert Cleaning Service team did an incredible job on our home. We truly could not have asked for a better experience with the whole processes and the end result of the work that the team did for us. We have already started telling others about the great experience and amazing work done by this company. We moved into a condo temporarily. It needed a good deep clean (not sure it’s ever been deep cleaned). I had originally booked with another cleaning company who just decided not to show up the morning of the scheduled cleaning. I reached out to Alert Cleaning on a Friday afternoon and not only was Olga prompt and courteous, she was able to get a crew out the following Monday. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job! I am extremely picky and I can say they were very thorough. It’s the most professional cleaning company I’ve worked with, from scheduling, to communication to making payments. I’d recommend this company to anyone and I plan to use them when our new home is ready!

We have been using Alert Cleaning Services for several months now, and are very happy with their work! I love coming home to a sparkling clean house each time they come. There was a bit of a learning curve for the employees on where to replace furniture/decorative items after vacuuming or dusting, but, since they generally send the same crew each time, they have gotten better and better at remembering what belongs where. The owner, Olga Moya, is extremely professional and responsive to inquiries, very easy to work with!

We have looked for a good cleaning service for years! We finally found Alert. They do a thorough job, come when they say, their team is professional too. They are also licensed and insured which was a big deal for us. Something we didn’t know about them at first is they can do upholstery and carpet cleaning.

The team at Alert Cleaning completed a "Spring deep cleaning" at my home. It was very refreshing to walk in and feel how clean it was. The crew was very friendly and trustworthy. I would recommend using Alert for all your home and office cleaning needs!

I recently had my home cleaned by Alert Cleaning, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. Every room was spotless, and it was clear they took their time to ensure every corner was thoroughly cleaned. The team was incredibly efficient, yet never rushed, leaving no stone unturned—literally! The floors gleamed, surfaces were polished, and even the hard-to-reach spots were meticulously cleaned. What impressed me most was the thoughtful care they took with my personal items, making sure everything was treated with respect and put back in its place. First off, the technician testified for Jesus standing there (not working) for 15 minutes before he went to get his equipment. Very inappropriate.
I told him I had cats and he needed to remove the hair from my upholstery before steam cleaning. He said he knows what he's doing and that his equipment would take care of that. He didn't even pre-treat. As he finished cleaning a couple pillows, I took my cat hair remover roller brush and scraped up gobs of hair that remained on every pillow. I told him to leave. I reported this, along with the pictures I took, to the owner and she refused to refund my $95 deposit.
