I had a great experience with Coconut Carpet Cleaning. Jaden was the technician who came out, and he was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely friendly. He explained the process clearly and worked quickly without cutting corners. He was even able to move up my appointment time, which worked out perfectly for my schedule. The carpets look fantastic. I’d definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

Hired coconut to clean our entire house. The technician was very polite and professional, however the results left a lot to be desired. I had to spend hours the next morning mopping all of the soap residue that was left behind. The grout in the center of the rooms is cleaner than how it started but the tile itself is substantially dirtier. Spots on the carpet that were pointed out to the tech are still there. Very disappointed in the overall results for the amount of money that was spent.

I really wanted to love this company because I had heard so many rave reviews about them, however, this time they fell a little short. We had some big stains on our carpet, it was bad. I'm not going to lie. The first guy left and while wet, the carpet looked great, but once dry, it didn't even look like they did anything. They fixed the situation and came back as soon as we were able to have them and for that I give them two stars. However, the same thing happened again and our floor didn't even look clean. I was so frustrated, I pulled out our carpet cleaner, and the spots came out within minutes. It's still not perfect, but it looks so much better with the work I put in. I'm disappointed with the cleaning results, but their customer service was great!

We recently purchased our home and Coconut Cleaning came highly recommended to us by our broker. We had carpet and tile cleaning completed before we arrived from Colorado and today we had all of the duct work cleaned by Brett. I can't speak highly enough of Brett. From the moment he arrived until the job was completed, he was extremely professional, through, and was happy to answer any questions we had. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find great people. Brett represented your company very well, and showed a sense of pride in his work. This was very refreshing to see. The employee who did our tile was very kind and helpful.

The actual cleaning was disappointing though. For $700+ I feel like we could have scrubbed the grout and mopped it ourselves and done a better job. We weren’t expecting perfection, but at least consistency of results and improvement. Many spots of the tile feel gritty and like there is a layer of something still on them. The grout is splotchy in many areas and even has a white residue left behind. Our shower tile that we had cleaned still has orange coloring on the sides (which is easily scrubbed, I do this often to maintain our shower).

Amazing guy! I was getting my children off to school and he was an absolute gem. Totally patient and understanding and very clear on what to expect and set wonderful expectations! 3 rooms finished in under an hour and really efficient. 10 stars!

Paid over $700 to have the home I just purchased cleaned. The house was completely vacant so I figured this was going to be perfect. The grout still has a lot of areas that look dirty. The carpet leading up the stairs still has tons of the previous homeowners dog hair in it. I’m scared to go into the bedrooms and test what’s left over in there. Honestly wish I would have just rented a carpet cleaner from home depot and would have had the same results for a fraction of the price. First and last time I will pay for “professional” cleaning carpet/grout cleaning services.

I was lucky enough to win the contest they had celebrating their 25 years in business!!! Such a generous prize!!! They 3, yes three cleaners they sent to do the job were so polite, friendly and professional! They brought all their own equipment and started to work right away!! I couldn't have been happier!! The best part was they got my son's tub cleaner than when we moved in here!! They did not rush or skimp. They left our place sparkling!! I couldn't recommend them more!! Feeling so grateful and so lucky to have won!! Sincere thanks again. 💜

I have hired many cleaners over the years and I must say, the quality of cleaning I received from Alert Cleaning was above and beyond any other cleaning I've had! The ladies did well and were professional. My house was spotless and I reviewed their work immediately afterwards. I had zero complaints and even found myself to be impressed.

I would hire them any time. They were professional, they showed up early, and the service was unsurpassed!

We hired Alert after "firing" our other monthly cleaning team for really, not cleaning at all (lol) - We don't have crazy high expectations but if you are paying for a service we do expect work better than we'd do ourselves. Alert has done a great job every time they have come here.

The team has a text-line of communication which makes it super easy to stay in touch. We get reminders for our upcoming monthly appointments and we're able to stay on a 4-week schedule. We work from home, so often one or two of us are here during the cleaning and they never seem to mind and communicate well to make sure our offices can get cleaned as well if we want them included.

We save so much time to do other things together when we don't have to think about constant cleaning. We intend to continue doing business with Alert and are glad to have found a reliable & hard working team!

We got ripped off by Alert- right before Christmas. Unbelievable that a company would do this. We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1600 sq ft home in which 2 of the bedrooms did not need cleaning. We just had brand new sinks & countertops installed which did not need cleaning either as well as no bathroom windows. $750 was our bill and the floors are still dirty, windows have hand marks from our children & crayon marks, dog hair still visible. They refuse to move ANYTHING in the house to clean around it. I lifted up my Christmas tree skirt and there was dog hair & dust everywhere. Do NOT use this company as they will run the clock to make the most money & increase your bill. We have used reputable companies prior and have never had this kind of service. We were used & mistreated beyond belief.

We hired Alert Cleaning Services for a deep clean prior to listing our house for sale and we are so happy we did! This was my first time hiring a cleaning company and after hours of research, I settled on Alert due to the great reviews and thorough website. Scheduling was easy and they came for an in-house estimate so we could customize the cleaning list. Walking into a clean house was the best! It smelled wonderful and every inch I look at is CLEAN! Baseboards, wood blinds, nooks and crannies. But the best part was our glass shower that had years of hard water spots- it looks so much better (impossible to get perfect after 15 years of hard water, but amazingly better). They really exceeded my expectations! And a huge plus+++, they were all great with our curious (and I'm sure a little annoying ;) ) dogs- a great dane and a shepherd! Will certainly use them again for any future needs. Thank you Alert Cleaning!

A good friend of mine has been with this company for 15yrs and her house always looked AMAZING!! I always wanted to have somebody to help clean the house when I was working full-time and also taking care of the family but I never got anyone and I just did it myself. In 2020 I become disabled and now I can’t stand for very long to do anything. I am so grateful that my family has tried to keep up with how clean I used to do it, but it’s not the same. I finally asked my friend who they used and figured I would at least give it a try. When I reached out to the company, it was an immediate response and they were able to get me in very quickly for the deep clean. We now are on a schedule because the house looks amazing when they came. My family is excited that they don’t have to do as much LOL and I am very excited because it looks like the “mommy clean” that I used to do.
If you were looking for somebody or somebody new this company is awesome!! I love that I also get reminders a couple days before. There’s been a couple glitches but they have been on the ball and fix it immediately.
