Today we had Apex come out for an initial service. They went above and beyond what I even expected! They fixed irrigation that we had been trying to get fixed for over a year! They cleaned up so well after themselves - even skimming our pool for any leaves that may have blown in during their work. We are feeling so glad to have found them and signed up for their regular service.

Many months after completion of our garden landscape installation, I remain in awe as to it's beauty, style, and perfection. Jason was prompt in response to any question or request. We were fortunate to discover a landscape contractor with both his skill and professionalism.

If I could give zero stars, I would! We were so excited for our new backyard, but this was overshadowed by all of the mistakes that left our yard in disarray. We were very disappointed by the work done by the Flowing Wells crew. The crew was very unskilled and there was never anyone overseeing the group that spoke English to add to the problem. So far, everything has had to be done twice, including but not limited to our turf, fire pit, and our pool was left unfinished and never followed up on with pebbletec that was improperly sprayed with many gouges and sharp edges. We continue to cut our feet on the bottom by the lack of detail when the pebbletec was applied. Our yard has an improper grade and our driveway is uneven with no attention to detail in any areas! Let me spare you the misery and choose someone else! I hope this helps anyone even thinking about hiring Flowing Wells. Don't won't waste your time and money.

Like everyone else in 2020, we had plenty of time to stare at our outdated front yard landscaping and lighting. Flowing Wells was recommended to us and we are very happy with the end results. The service delivered by Carlo and his crew was excellent. They kept us updated continually throughout the project and they finished ahead of schedule.
Our desert landscape design is now a beautiful compliment to our house.

Hired Flowing Wells to design and install all outside landscaping, hard surfaces, pool, spa, BBQ, pots w/ plants, drip systems, outdoor lighting and planters. My house was completed on Feb 17th 2022 but did not include any outdoor landscaping. They started within and week and stayed on the job 6 days a week until completed. I was swimming in my new pool by mid May just in time for summer!

The crews were very professional, and nice. The job supervisor, Martin, was excellent to work with, and was very responsive whenever I called. I am still amazed that they were able to get this done so fast during these supply chain shortages.

As a designer and general contractor over the past 28 years I've worked with many great (and not so great) trades, and without a doubt, Flowing Wells Landscape and Pools is one of the very best. Their workmanship, especially with critical details, is exceptional. I am very particular that details are done correctly on my projects and they always deliver.

Now that we've switched to design-only, I get to see other landscape and pool contractors that my design clients are considering. The vast majority of them switch to Flowing Wells after seeing their work in person on past projects of ours, and talking with the clients about their experience.

The owner Jason is a genuinely nice guy, very conscientious, and very knowledgeable. My clients and I have found Flowing Wells to be competitive and very customer-service oriented, and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working on many more projects with them!

Needed some warranty work completed and Jake came out right away and took care of it, no questions asked. Thanks Jake!

Jake landscaped our backyard in Gilbert after we had a pool built and the pool builder ripped up and tore everything apart. He also laid down the extra rock we needed in the backyard and out the front when we lost a lot of materials from construction from the pool.

I asked him to come out and fix a leak in the pvc hooked up to a valve. Took four days for him to come, but I figured it was around the holidays. He came out, not dressed for working on the job, and with no tools that I could see. Looked at the pvc and valves for two minutes, then told me that he would only replace the whole system for $375, or nothing, and refused to fix the leak. Basically he told me to fix it myself, so I learned how and did it. I figured it would have taken a professional fifteen minutes to fix, which I would have gladly given him a hundred bucks for, but I guess that wasn't enough.

I called him in the morning regarding a leak in my irrigation system and the bushes were dying. He came in the heat of the day and thoroughly checked everything. Fixed the problem and soooo much more. Truly a gem of a person. He will be doing more work for us. Thank you Jake

Needing have some of my landscape reworked I contacted Jake on a Friday. He came out on Monday, fixed the issues, and had my system up and running again in no time. Great experience, reasonable prices. I will definitely use again. Thanks!

Jake and his crew did a great job. He was thorough, took time to explain exactly what he would do and most importantly, why he was choosing to do something specifically. So if you are looking for great quality work at a good price, call these guys.

Amazing job and amazing customer service. I had a major irrigation issue - Jake did not only solve the problem but has always been willing to come on follow up appointments without charge. He stands by his work 100%. So happy I went with Jake!

Jake came out today to fix a leak in my Drip System and did a great job. I called yesterday and he came over this morning, on time and fixed the leak. His prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend Jakescape and I will use him again. Thank you Jake. :)

So grateful to find Jake to replace our leaky irrigation system and to update the landscapes in our front and back yards. He and his team member were efficient and meticulous in their work. Jake is hands-on which elevates your confidence that the work will be done as agreed upon - but, he went above and beyond. We are very pleased with the outcomes and felt that the cost matched the quality of the results.

Jacob did a full remodel of our front yard. When we requested a quote he came out and drew up a design for us on the spot. He was timely, professional, and had a great sense of humor! You can tell that he is passionate about his business and he made our experience stress-free and fun. My favorite part was that he checked with us about the placement of the boulders and plants before installing them so that everything was done right the first time. The final result is beautiful and many of our neighbors have come over to compliment our new yard. We would highly recommend Jakescape!
