We tried a couple of landscapers in the past years but this is the absolute worst. They know how to ruin a lawn, that's all. The owner is not responsive to any criticism. Stay away from them!

I have two rather tall Mexican Palms. Turf and Trees were able to climb up the trees and trim them. Additionally they cleaned up the branches that fell and left the area perfectly clean.

The good people at Turf and Trees give me the chance to have a “grandparent” relationship with my yard work. I can enjoy the exercise and fun of working in my garden and orchard, but when I get tired, I don’t need to get worried. Francisco and his team come and finish up what I can’t. All of the fun with none of the stress.

They came right over, quick estimate. We set a date. They brought their team over and knocked it out the park, they installed my turf without issues and it looks great!! I'm very satisfied!

Worst Landscaping Company in Phoenix. They take advantage of HOA’s and don’t complete their contracted obligations. Management doesn’t return calls. They have been issuing fraudulent invoices, they have several lawsuits pending.

Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They know what they are doing and gave us great advice on what to plant and where to plant. They also made sure to pick out the best trees for the lot. Great service and we plan on using them for future landscaping needs

Turf & Trees always does a great job for us. After a recent storm we had a ficus tree that was about to blow over. The crew was able to stake and save our tree! The came out the very next day to take care of it. Thanks Jacob!

Would NOT recommend this company. This company was the landscaper for our neighborhood for 3 years. The owner of turf and trees also worked for an HOA management company and was our neighborhood's manager. He was awarded the contract a couple months after he was the manager. In my opinion a major conflict of interest and not ethical. Landscape costs were extremely over budget for years and the landscaping was not well maintained.

I had an amazing experience while working with Johnathan an irrigation tech. He responded to the issue in less than 24 hours with a wonderful attitude and the skill to address the issue. I appreciated his ability to communicate the issue and what he would be doing to repair it. Working with him made this issue an easy one to resolve!

Turf and Trees acquired the landscape company I had used for 15 years. Since taking over my account the quality of landscaping at my residence has increased noticeably. The administrative staff is outstanding and very supportive! I have also had Turf and Trees remove a tree for my side yard. That work was done without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Turf and Trees for residential landscaping.

My wife and I recently moved from the home which Turf and Tre had serviced as our landscaper for the past 17 years. My new home, a townhouse, needed three trees removed and two large Palo Verdes which had been overgrown trimmed back. I of course contacted Turf and Tree and their work was impeccable. My wife and I couldn't be more delighted. If you are in need of regular landscape maintenance or tree work I hardly recommend Turf and Tree.

I'd avoid this company for residential turf installs. I hired them to do a 300sqft turf install job in early March 2021 and was told it would be 3-4 weeks at the time of quote. Around week 3, they charged a $1k deposit meant to purchase supplies the week before install, and then sat on it for an additional 4 weeks. 7 weeks into the whole process I found out I was still not "on the schedule", the supplies were not purchased, and they didn't even know whether they were going to do the job in-house or sub-contract it out. I had to initiate contact with the company numerous times throughout the process because they were not telling me anything about the status of my job other than "they're busy and I'm one of the next ones on the list". I gave them the opportunity to provide a good-faith discount to keep the business, and they were unwilling to adjust the cost in any way, so I terminated the project and went with someone else. It this point, it was worth it to me to set the project timeline back a little further and give another vendor a chance to win the business (went with Greenheart Landscapes and they really seem to be a very attentive and caring fit). Hope this review helps you in your search for a vendor.

Boy what can I say! I gave this company the contract to complete my front yard landscaping. I already had the initial designs myself so the work seemed straightforward enough to me. But I have been dealing with various issues ever since the initial install including the front turf caving in and plants dying at various points. I couldn't figure out the issue so I hired a different landscaper who looked at the water line layout and informed me that they had the used the same water line to water the trees, cactuses and bushes. That's an egregious mistake from a professional landscaper who should know the different water requirements for various trees in Arizona. Now I'm having to pay a different company to address this major oversight and have to replace all of the trees/plants. Just unacceptable really. Communication has also been poor in general and I'm not happy at all
