These reviews are so good, but my husband and I are having so much trouble getting our point across on our yard. Our plants are dying, the water system they repair doesn't work, they step and break our "yard art", they don't pull away the dead foliage when and if they trim. There's weeds everywhere and we paid for the winter grass to be pretty and it's not. What are we missing?

The gentleman at Enchanted Landscape & Pools have been taking care of my landscaping needs, including my landscape design, for over a decade now. They communicate quickly and easily. Always have somebody who speaks English on the crew to speak with me (my Spanish vocabulary is limited to... manana.) I have given them keys to my backyard gate on a half a million dollar property without hesitancy for ease of access in my busy schedule. Anytime I have a landscaping crisis, they are quick to come to my rescue, knowing full well that beautiful landscaping to a Nurse like me, is my mood stabilizer and antidepressant.

Ray at Enchanted Landscape and Pools has saved me from a tree near death, crumbling cinder block walls, broken gates, broken drip lines, fixed massive damage to sprinkler lines, and responded quickly to my ridiculous, panicked calls to please come blow away the leaves and address the weeds when my spirit is overwhelmed.

They have installed artificial turf, repaired damage to artificial turf caused by the city, staked ailing trees and helped me bring them back to life. This crew installed my paved patio, installed paved walkways and paver garden borders, installed entire irrigation systems, planted bushes, planted flowers, and installed trees.

They have killed weeds, pulled weeds, trimmed bushes, trimmed countless huge trees, removed trees and stumps, and take pictures of the work done when they’re finished to be held accountable for their work. The very rare times I’ve had to call them for something missed, I have somebody at my home addressing it the next day.

Most importantly, they treat me like family, and as a single woman who loves learning to do things herself, they have spent countless time teaching me pavers, drip lines, and irrigation box programming that has helped me become more independent with my landscaping needs on my oftentimes limited income.

Anytime I need a job done, they send somebody out to go over the whole process with me, talk it over completely, design with me, and email a quote with detailed explanations by the end of the day. I’m never left wondering if they understand the job they’re coming to do, and they’re never scared to knock on the door to have me walkthrough their job when clarification is needed or they see something that needs addressed. Additionally, they knock when they know I’m home before leaving the job to take a look at their “landscape art” before taking off.

These guys aren’t just a landscaping company, they are my anecdote to overwhelm and the occasional creeps of depression that arise from this gardener Nurse, who gets her hands in the dirt and spends countless hours among her well manicured yards as a form of. therapy.

Enchanted Landscape cane and serviced my yard they were Professional and went above and beyond and cleaned up my yard it looks so great I am so glad to have called them! They sent a team of kind and quick gentlemen and they were very proficient!

Enchanted Landscaping has been doing a great job taking care of our landscaping and keeping the weeds out of our yard for nearly 5 years. They show up, are always pleasant, and do the work as agreed. We definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

By far one of the best landscape companies I've ever used and will only use them. Professional, great pricing, always on time and clean up after themselves every time. If your looking for a great landscape/pool service look no further these are the best!

I am on their bi weekly landscape maintenance and have always been satisfied with their work and price! Before then the yard was a mess so they did a one time clean up for a competitive price and that was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone looking for good honest work. I trust them to be in my yard when I am not there. Thank you guys.

Bad experience from the beginning! Hired Enchanted in July 2017 for bi-weekly service and was scheduled every other Wednesday. When the crew initially came to my house, I was told they only cut back palms and bushes in the front that service and the backyard the next service. I pay for service so my entire yard looks good each time, not just once a month! After multiple issues, sprinkler heads broke, grass from the lawn mower left all over my pool decking, grass in the pool, bushes and palms not trimmed, I contacted the office. I was about to cancel service but the office switched me to Fridays with a more experienced crew which was great but only lasted 3 visits. I was then switched to a 2 man crew on Friday afternoons and they were just as bad as the 1st Wednesday crew. They knicked my house with the hedge clippers, cut into my security sign and broke another sprinkler head off, would park in front of my driveway when there is plenty of room to park, same grass all over the pool deck issue. Issue after issue, I had to email and call the office. This past week after their landscaper broke my sprinkler head, they came out to fix it but then I got invoiced for the repair! I had to contact them again. After talking to the office on Monday about the Fridays service, she switched me to Thursdays with the experienced crew again. This morning I get a text that my landscaping service is today?! I was just serviced this past Friday and it hasn't even been a week! I'm on twice a month maintenance...why are they coming this week?! I was informed this is the only day available. After being completely fed up, I cancelled service completely with this company. It has been a complete headache. If you love contacting your landscape company, then by all means go with Enchanted...you will be emailing and calling in about issues all of the time! The office seems to try to make things right which is why I stayed with them but the landscapers do minimal even when your told there are notes on your account. I got told by the office and landscapers that they will need to talk to "Ray" but Ray never once contacted me. You would also think being a landscaping and pool company that they would know to clean out leaves and grass they blow into your pool. Don't expect it...you will need to call into the office to request it as well as tell the landscapers multiple times since they switch crews around.

Obviously they don't care about the reviews. I'm here to give a review to the fact that I get a freaking flyer on my door all the time and the guy that delivers walks across everybody's landscaping with no regard for a pathway that is called a sidewalk. More than likely they're hiring people that appear to be incompetent or unable to read no soliciting signs. So I would not trust them to touch my yard.

BEST EXPERIENCE! Raymond is wonderful! He did a fabulous job helping me design my yard! His staff did an excellent job installing my pavers around my in-ground spa. Communication was also excellent. Fast responses to my emails. I plan to let them do more work for me. You won’t be disappointed.

We've been using this company since April of 2018 for yard maintenance and many landscaping projects. They do an awesome job for a fair price. We are very pleased with their service. They are quick to respond to issues and concerns, and always come out to the property in a timely manner, often times not charging for whatever needs fixed. We highly recommend this company for all of your landscaping needs.

I was moving out of a house that myself and some friends were renting, and we needed to find someone to work on weed control as well as general landscaping on short notice. A lot of other companies were charging 1.5x - 2x the rates Enchanted were charging, but I’ve never been more satisfied with a service. They came out quick and the front-yard and back-yard look flawless. Excellent service, and good pricing. Would definitely recommend.

Enchanted Landscape recently completed trimming two of my palm trees and some other maintenance services and I wanted to thank them. It was very hot that day and yet they worked diligently and performed these services beyond my expectations. We also use them for regular bi-weekly maintenance and irrigation services with great results. I would highly recommend their services.

We've tried several different landscapers in the 8 years that we've lived in Gilbert. Enchanted Landscape & Pools is by far the best! I'm sorry I didn't find them sooner. Their landscapers are excellent and very reliable. The office is professionally managed and Raymond (owner) is a pleasure to do business with. It's truly a 5-star business!!

I’ve been paying around $140 per month for landscape maintenance, but I’m very disappointed with the service. I requested several times, at least three to four times, for them to adjust the water to ensure the plants get proper care, but they never showed up. As a result, many of my plants have dried out completely. This is unacceptable considering the cost I’m paying every month. I would not recommend their service if you’re looking for reliable maintenance or responsive customer service.

Great communication, very dependable. They take good care of cleaning up after they work. We worked with them for a big cleanup and biweekly maintenance and are very happy with the service.

Mountain Eagle Landscaping has been doing our landscaping for over 15 years. Silvano and his crew do an amazing job. They are reliable, consistent, and fair with their pricing. They do our bi-weekly service and add on project that come up like tree trimming, irrigation upgrades, installations etc. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for good quality workmanship.
