Words cannot express my gratitude for Airpex and Terry specifically! After struggling through the home warranty process after our AC fully died on July 3, the team of amazing people here has helped us get this situation resolved much quicker than expected! Terry helped ensure we got a decent new unit at a more than fair price, plus installation and warranty. We are so excited to see the new air conditioner come on Monday. They have been helpful with managing financing options, as well as working with the home warranty to get a payment. Thank you so much for everything. You’re all amazing!

Update!! (7/24): I couldn't write a second review, so I'm adding an edit! I cannot applaud the professionalism of everyone who came to support the installation. Even through some minor bumps, everyone who came, including Terry, was helpful and knowledgeable. Even when a bump came up, they were able to quickly resolve it by getting new parts. They not only made sure everything was taken care of, but taught me more about the AC unit itself! Overall, the process was quick and painless. We've now had a totally working AC for a few days, and it is such a relief. Thank you again!

It was greatly appreciated that Chase arrived at the time I was given. He was very courteous and respectful of our home and repaired our leaking faucet at a fair price. I certainly would request him again!

Usually when your home warranty company sends out a repairman, service is not very good and corners are cut.

However Airpex has blown me away!

Airpex replaced an HVAC unit on my rental property after battling Fidelity Home Warranty. I ended up getting a brand new American Standard Unit.

More recently, Airpex sent out Chase to fix a plumbing leak on my primary residence and I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. They got the repair covered by my other warranty company - Homeguard.

What's nice is that the ladies in the front office really seem to care. They know the pain of a housing issue and genuinely seem happy when your claim gets accepted by the home warranty company. I spoke with a few different ladies in the front office and they have all been great, but special shout out to Heather.

Thanks Airpex. You've got a client for life.

UPDATED REVIEW! My initial review for the repair I raved about Anthony. Jermani was the next technician who came out to make repairs he diagnosed after Anthony . Well the repairs DID NOT fix my HVAC problems and they persisted after I paid over $320 for those repairs. Jermani also made a HUGE mess inside my unit , and I know this because of the company I had to call out immediately after they were done making those repairs I paid for. He left a Hanging capacitor, wires displaced everywhere, wires spliced and barely capped , I was finding caps and wire nuts in my backyard for days. Extremely sloppy work. I called the company to give them feedback and spoke with an office manager named Mer and that was 4 weeks ago . She assured she would get back to me to and I never heard back. I ended up having another company come out , EVERSONS , and they actually made the proper diagnosis and repairs. They cleaned up the mess AIRPEX made and repaired the unit !

We appreciate the speedy and efficient service today !! Anthony was excellent! He did an extremely thorough job diagnosing our York . We will use this company for recommended work that will remedy a warm zone in the house. Thank you Airpex Cooling 👏

Our experience with this AC company involved extended delays and an unresolved repair over approximately 30 days in July/August of 2025. Multiple technicians were sent at different times, and each visit resulted in explanations that the prior work had not been completed correctly, without the issue being resolved.

One technician, Jeremiah, indicated he would be able to address the problem, but the repair ultimately remained incomplete. During a visit, damage occurred to the attic access opening.

At a later point, the owner came to the property. During this interaction, communication became unproductive, and the homeowner—my elderly mother—was not directly addressed. We were advised to pursue resolution through the home warranty company, as the AC company stated they had invested significant time and resources without reimbursement.

Due to the ongoing delays, lack of resolution, and the condition of the attic access, we decided to discontinue service and pursue an alternative solution. We hired another company, paid directly, they fixed the attic entry, and had a new unit installed.

They said they will be here between 8-12 . they never showed up never called me then I was able to call someone there and they said I wasn't home I was waiting all four hours in the parking lot for them they never drove by.then the person said they took pictures of my place to prove I wasn't there well the picture wasn't my house at all they lied about me not being there and the picture was even my house.they are a bunch of lier's and this is the second time they been to my house so they know where I live they just didnt want to fix it .they were here at my place only five days ago working on the same problem that i have know.
