Anthony with Airpex came to help diagnosis my faulty A/C. He was quick and friendly and answered all my questions to help me come up with the best solution.

Anthony really helped us out with our ac. He came through and was here late making sure we were able to stay in our house with the heat here in AZ.

I get second inspection, fix on 45 min, no good two weeks with out ac if he knows about this, this get fixed on 45 min , l hope this return my service cost , or my time

Anthony showed up on time he was well mannered ,took out the trash for me towards the end of his service call. He also asked all the right questions and he was very knowledgeable & I would recommend hom to anyone.

After not being able to cool my house down for days, and calling a different company. Airpex prioritized my appointment and sent out a tech, Antonio, who stayed and worked tirelessly until he figured out and fixed the problem.

Highly recommend for AC services. Q was very detailed, knowledgeable, and professional. We have cats that shed a lot and our son has allergies and thanks to Q we’re enjoying better air quality in our home!

The technicians who answered the call for service determined the problems with two air conditioning units. It took nearly 2 weeks for the first unit to be fixed and over two weeks for the second unit to be fixed. No explanation was offered for why parts weren’t ordered promptly and what justified?the excessive delay in fixing the units.

Had Anthony come out for service call. Come to find out, the AC unit was literally on its last leg , so they swapped it out along with a few extras that required some attention. Thank you Anthony and Airpex for working with me to have the system replaced... definitely a great team to work with...

Antonio Verjan over at Apex HVAC was just awesome. Came out to the property quickly, diagnose the issue quickly and resolved the issue quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Look forward to working with them in the future for all my AC needs.

Airpex was dishonest and untrustworthy from start to finish. They cut wires to my Nest which shorted my whole system, took my "faulty" capacitor without permission, and didn’t report any of it to me or my home warranty. Then they tried to upsell me on a whole new unit, saying it would take 2-6 weeks through the warranty, but offered to install one in 2 days if I paid them directly and cashed out.
A second company had to come out to fix the damage Airpex caused and correctly diagnose the issues (which they fixed on the spot with no delay). Avoid this company.

If I could give more than five stars I would! We lost our AC late Friday night (middle of June) and have three little ones in the house with us, including a six week old baby. Anthony drove up on a Saturday morning from Casa Grande (we are in south Phoenix) and looked at our unit less than 12 hours after we put in a request. After looking at the unit and determining what was wrong, he then had to drive to Apache Junction to get the piece we needed to replace since nothing else was open Saturday morning. He then replaced the broken part and got our AC up and running again! We will forever be grateful to Anthony and Airpex for helping us out when we needed it most!

Always weary about companies used by home warranty programs and was pleasantly surprised by the communication, scheduling and professionalism of Airpex. My technician, Antonio, was professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. Resolved the issue quickly. I will utilize Airpex, independent of the warranty company, in the future!!

Great service, friendly staff, and quick response! They came out same day and had my AC up in running within a couple hours! Definitely a great experience from the first phone call to the technician and then follow up after the work was complete. I would recommend them to anyone! Great company to trust.

My ac has been out for 13 days now. I have an 11 month old and a dog. I have been calling between my home warranty fidelity (who is just as responsible) and airpex. We had a technician out after 5 days, and he told us we needed some parts. After he “fixed it” it continued to blow hot air. I come to find out he put in his notes it was recommended we replace it. He did not tell me this. We initiated a recall on fidelity. Airpex then scheduled a “virtual visit” with fidelity that was supposed to happen today. The technician that showed up was not from airpex, but he did a thorough inspection of what needed to be done. I get a call today saying they need to schedule another virtual visit because apparently the first one wasn’t completed. The first technician didn’t do his job, and the process needed to be “restarted”. The earliest appointment is next week Monday. Here’s to at least 5 more days without ac. If you are reading this save your family the hassle and go with another company. The lack of appointment availability and lack of urgency for airpex is outstanding.

Airpex was sent to us by our home warranty company, and boy, are we glad about that! Because we were dealing with a coolant leak, they sent someone out immediately - very unusual when working through a warranty company, in my experience. "Q" (Quentin, our technician) was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. He found the problem and gave us additional options for upgrading our system that we had not known were even available. Hooray for Airpex!

Anthony from Airpex was great! He arrived on time and quickly began a in-depth assessment of my A/C system. He answered my questions and concerns clearly and was extremely knowledgeable of the overall system. He was professional and I felt very comfortable with the information he provided and with him personally; I knew that I could trust him! Airpex is very fortunate to have Anthony on their team!
