Excellent communication related to time of arrival for our annual tune-up. Customer service is top notch! We've used Monster Air for the past six+ years and have always been very pleased with their service.

Same day service, didn't try to sell me a new unit vs repairing mine, the repair was quick, and it was done at a fair price. The aircon unit hasn't worked this good in years. He did this all in 110 degree heat. Will definitely use again if I need service.

Over the past few years I have used Monster Air for my yearly maintenance and repairs. My home has been struggling with the Arizona summers so I decided to reach out to their team to see what my options were. The first thing I noticed in our conversations was there was a genuine desire to fix my problem and not just sell me unnecessary products and services. Our talks uncovered that my current ac system was undersized for my home. They explained that just replacing my current unit with a newer model was not going to give me the desired outcome. The Monster air team proposed multiple solutions to add on to my current system that would keep my home cool in the summer. I decided to add a second 3 ton ac and split my house into 2 zones. I was shocked at how fast and professional they moved. I was already happy with my previous experiences with Monster Air but when I decided to add a new unit their response was “we can start work tomorrow”. I picked earlier in the year to avoid the summer rush but I was blown away with the quick service. 2 days after our consult I now have a system that is more than adequate to keep my family and pets cool in the peak summer. They treated me like a life long friend and not just another customer, their techs and staff have followed up post installation to check up and make sure the units are running properly and that I was happy and satisfied with their work and product. 100% right decision using Monster Air!!!!!

Sadly Google gave me no choice but to give a star but these guys are not Superstars at all! They came to my home and took the part they installed off of our AC unit claiming that they were not paid. We only rent the home so we had nothing to do with any of that my husband just had a heart attack and is at home recovering. These guys had the audacity to come onto our roof without our permission and take the part off of the stating that they didn't get paid for a recent repair. The repair should have been covered under the warranty but they claimed it wasn't and that's because they had to come twice to repair it because the first time around they put the wrong part on.
Our landlord has filed a report through the Chandler Police Department as well as the Arizona register a contractors.

Wow, MONSTER AIR is a Great company! Communication from start to finish was perfect. The office staff was nice and answered the phone and followed up. They use a texting system so you know when your technician is on their way (very nice). The technician was early, and was quick to get the repairs made.

Dwight is an excellent HVAC technician. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He got my heat working quickly. This was a very positive transaction for me.

Friendly but did not bring ladder tall enough to access roof top unit. When making appt I explained it was a two story townhome. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was. Also something seems odd, on my thermostat their name and phone number is listed but they have no record of installing or servicing the unit.

Dan came out to check my brothers 2 A/C units.He was prompt, efficient, and communicated very well with both of us. We appreciate Monster Air and feel confident that they did what needed to be done without trying to sell us what we don't need. The office staff was professional too and and communicated well ahead of time - we'll be calling them for our house when it becomes necessary. Thanks so much!

Have used Monster Air twice this summer (different issues). Brandi squeezed me in and scheduled me both times for the next day. The two techs (Trish and Dwight) were very friendly and professional and got my AC back up and running within about 15 minutes. The cost each time was very reasonable.

Monster Air was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and made the entire HVAC process, from quotation to installation, smooth and stress-free. A couple of months after the install, I wanted to adjust my fan speed. They came out immediately and took care of it without hesitation. That kind of service and follow-through really impressed me. I met Adam in a casual setting and decided to have his crew come out for a maintenance check on my HVAC system. The crew was on time, professional, and very easy to work with. They performed a quick tune-up and made sure everything was running smoothly.

They pointed out a few additional items that could use some attention down the line which I appreciated. No pressure, just some helpful recos. Overall a great experience and a reliable team!
