I can’t begin to tell you how appreciative I am of this company. I had three air-conditioning companies out to me home prior. All three of them told me misinformation. Brandy was the person I spoke to initially. She was super friendly and helpful. Dan was the technician who inspected my AC unit. He is a straight shooter and very direct. I love how honest Monster Air is. This is very rare. The next time I have an issue with my unit, I am definitely calling on Monster Air.

Our AC was blowing warm air and I called first thing Sunday morning and someone answered, was friendly and encouraging. The technician, George was out within a few hours. George was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He had our issue fixed and running within 40 minutes. We are very pleased with Monster Air and would highly recommend them.

Go to shop for HVAC! The techs are always nice and respectful, NEVER pushy. Brandi is awesome in the office and their staff is always willing to help. I won't use any other company.

That out the way, I just had to do a review for Monster Air, LLC.

These folks are awesome! My AC had failed... I did a ton of research for replacement units, to installation/AC Companies... etc

Long story short, I ended up using Monster Air, and am glad I did.

The entire experience was a pleasure and went very smoothly.

Special thanks to Brandi, Chris, Dwight and Austin!! All these folks played a role in my obtaining a nice AC/Gas Heat Package, and having it up and running in no time! This thing is quiet and has my home nice and cool again!

I had many questions etc, and they never made me feel foolish asking same.

I highly recommend them. I have dealt with several others and will only be using Monster Air’s services now. First, they were incredibly responsive and showed up 2 hours after I called them. They diagnosed and found the problem quickly. What really impressed me was that they took the time to shop around and find the best deal on the malfunctioning part. They went above and beyond to save me money. This is on top of their already reasonable prices. There were no sales tactics or trying to sign me up to monthly plans. Just fast, reliable, and affordable service!

Called Monster Air on a SATURDAY morning around 9am. They were quick and efficient to schedule service that day and we had the capacitor fixed by 3pm SAME DAY. Trish was really great about explaining what was wrong. I felt she was being honest with her diagnosis and options. I bypassed using my home warranty for this repair because they took weeks to fix my AC last summer and I will use Monster Air again, without hesitation. Excellent.

Monster Air & Mechanical was referred to me by a friend. My amazing experience began with Brandy who set up my appointment professionally and efficiently. I immediately received a text stating the technician’s name and confirmation of the day and time of my appointment. I also received a text alerting me that the technician was en route and an eta on his arrival. I had the pleasure of meeting Dwight who was professional and super knowledgeable. I needed a part for a repair and even that process was seamless and quick. I am now the recommender of this mighty company. #lovethem

The techs from Monster Air worked very hard and over long hours to remove and replace an external air conditioner for my house. They had to make significant structural modifications to their blower unit to make it fit in the overhead duct work. Overall, an excellent job.

The work was done quickly and professionally. He noticed the other AC unit was broken and well and determined that it was still under warranty for the parts. I am VERY happy with the work performed and would recommend Monster to anyone with an AC problem.

The team of professionals at Monster Air have always been attentive and proactive with our heating and cooling needs. We’ve been customers since the summer of 2022. Brandy and the techs are wonderful people to work with. I recommend Monster Air without prejudice.

Dan and Dwight are super service techs! Always polite, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. I ask questions and they answer them.
Just wish we were experiencing better results from the parts and unit itself.

Monster air responded to my broken AC condenser in a timely fashion and within days replaced it for a reasonable price. All the while they communicated with me promptly, and made me feel comfortable that it would all work out well. They also dealt with my insurance company professionally and swiftly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris and his team have come to our rescue 2 times in the last 3 years when our AC went out. They were here within hours of our call. Thanks Monster Air. We love you 🥰

By far the best service in the valley. We have been using Monster Air on all of the rental properties we manage because they are the best and provide a nice personal touch that you just can't find these days. Quit scrolling, pick up the phone, and call them because they will surely get you taken care of better then anyone else I have found! Thank you Monster Air for everything you do for us!

Dan was prompt and extremely diligent. He was polite and great with our dog. He quickly found the problem and was efficient with the repairs. The cost was fair and we will absolutely be calling them again when necessary.

Brandy and Dan did a great job diagnosing our current unit and pricing out a new one. Multiple warranty options and all was clearly explained. Quality company, quality people, highly recommend!

I appreciate the transparency and honesty in fixing the problem. There isn’t a dramatic everything is wrong with your unit and it might be thousands. The service call was very quick and everyone is very nice.

Dwight was right on time, and friendly as always! We has a thorough annual maintenance check as well as having our condenser cleaned this year. Pricing was on point. Service with Monster Air is always top notch. Happy customer for almost 20 years.
