Gerald was awesome he kept me updated on everything step by step. He made sure to walk me throughout the full process and explained everything in a very detailed matter. He was very friendly and patient. I am very thankful for the work he did on our AC unit.

First, I want to give a shout-out to Chris P., my sales associate, who came out and thoroughly analyzed my system to determine exactly what needed to be done to properly distribute heating and cooling throughout my entire home. I have a split tri-level house, so ensuring the air flows evenly was a major concern of mine. Chris addressed every part of that challenge and laid out a complete overhaul plan to make sure the whole home is properly serviced.

Next, I want to give a huge shout-out to Darion and Chris S., the two installers who arrived right on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day with efficiency and professionalism. They never seemed stressed, you could tell they were completely dialed in to their craft and true professionals. They completed the entire install, removed the old unit and parts, kept their work area clean, and communicated with me regularly throughout the process.

It was an amazing experience, and I look forward to working with this company again for future needs and maintenance. Raving fan here! Great job!

Side note: They installed a really cool thermostat from Ecobee, you can also have additional sensors for different floors that sync up with the app so your unit knows when to distribute air and keep the temps the same throughout the home. Very cool techy add on.

Luke was amazing, we love that he was punctual, and called my husband to let him know he’s on his way and bought a drink for my husband. He made us feel very comfortable. He’s very friendly. We laugh and we enjoyed his company. I cannot believe he bought us lunch and we felt we knew him for a long time. His boss and Luke were both caring and made sure we understood all the A/C problems that needed fixed and they both are very knowledgeable. We loved that they made sure we understood before they left our home. I have never had this experience with any home services before. We recommend Luke for any AC service from Emergency Air Heating, Cooling and plumbing. They gave us a lot of discounts including free air duct cleaned. We trust and feel good about Luke and Chris for their service.

Gerard came out to fix my AC. He came same day in the middle of the summer heat, and got my AC fixed and working again quickly. I definitely recommend this company. Very friendly and professional people. Gerard offered to show me each thing he was talking about as well as sent me pictures and videos throughout the process. He explained everything in detail and ensured I understood what was going on. He also cleaned my blower wheel!

Broc was super professional and very informative. He went over everything regarding our deep clean tune up and even drew us a picture of the HVAC system so we could understand it more. He was super thorough on what parts needed to be replaced but also didn’t pressure us at any point. I would highly recommend him!

Emergency Air is the best air conditioning company in the valley and I’ve gathered quotes from multiple companies. I’d give them a 10 star review if I could. Best customer service I’ve ever received!

Gerald came out for routine maintenance, checkup and cleaning. He was very thorough in his inspections, letting me know of potential issues and offering recommendations for future fixes. Highly recommend this company and their technicians - I've had around 6 different companies out here for one thing or another, and the only company that has been satisfactory is Emergency Air Heating and Cooling.

Mathew went above and beyond to get my new hot water heater working. Went and bought new fuses to make sure it worked. He is honestly one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Not only did he stay for hours day 1 because my water is so slow, he was back the next day with a smile. I saw him do a happy dance when he got it working. I am so thankful to him and Emergency Air Heating and cooling and plumbing too. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any of their services. After several other companies came out to investigate our broken HVAC system and each one giving me nonsense, including one company telling me my unit was "illegal" and needed a new one. As a female, I expect garbage from these companies. But then Emergency Air came out. Eddie videoed his entire search of our unit and gave a play by play of what he was doing to find the culprit. He came off the roof with video proof of our issue. He was so professional and helpful and found every possible way for us to save on such a big expensive repair. Not two days later Xandra and another gentleman were at my house not only on time, but early. Walked me through their plan and status updates as things progressed. Helped check all the vents inside and reassured us the issue had been fixed. I would highly recommend Emergency Air. Honest, helpful, and professional. Complete fraud - DO NOT USE this company! We had a leak in our main line and asked for a repair technician. The technician then asked his supervisor, Paris, to come out. Paris told me the entire main line had to be replaced because it was polybutylene, which cannot be repaired (this part is true). The way Paris identified the material was by digging a hole next to the meter box, where he could see a plastic material attached to the copper City line, extending under our driveway. He first asked me if I knew what polybutylene was, and when I said No, he told me it cannot be repaired, that there is no way to glue it (which is true). He then proceeded to tell me it would cost over $30,000 (yes, thirty thousand) to replace it! He didn't misidentify the material, he flat out lied because I told him I didn't know what it was. The material connected to the City line is PVC, easily identified by the fact that is was GLUED to the adapter attached to the City line. Polybutylene cannot be glued, so this was the dead giveaway that it was not that material. He then tried to convince me that they were the only company who could properly replace the line. He did not know that at the time I was texting our regular plumber, who came out later that day. He identified the material as PVC, and said it could absolutely be repaired - but, even if it couldn't, there was no way replacing the main line with PET-A would even cost half the amount Paris quoted. The broken line was repaired for less than $1,000 (it required a lot of digging to find the pinhole). Paris wouldn't even try to find the leak. Absolute fraud - DO NOT USE this company. I'm attaching a pic of the broken section of PVC main line that was cut-out and replaced by a reputable and honest plumber.

Imbert A came out to do maintenance on my HVAC system and was awesome to work with. He explained everything clearly, was very professional, and even fixed an issue with my CFM that could’ve caused bigger problems later on. Thanks to him, my system is running much better.
