Tight yard. Company pickup trucks parked everywhere. Tall caucasion unloader refuse to make room or move cones to help let a 53 ft semi back. Kept saying he's a temp and continue to smoke a cigarette outside

Emergency Air accommodated a same day, weekend appointment for a water softening system consultation in addition to my scheduled HVAC maintenance. Konstantinos arrived within the hour, was very knowledgable on different systems and the benefits. We decided on the best fit for my home and he installed the unit the same day, outside of normal work hours. Great service, especially on a weekend, and I would highly recommend Emergency Air and Konstantinos work and professionalism specifically. There was no pressure for me to make a decision and feedback was requested multiple times throughout the visit.

Austin did a fantastic job for us. He explained the service of each of our three units (inside and outside) and worked to show us the pictures on how they were functioning. He also did a great job cleaning all three units and showed us pictures before and after. Thank you.

Cole was very courteous and informative. He explained in detail on exactly what he was performing so that I was never left in the dark. In addition, he provided me with exactly what I needed in getting my service performed to my satisfaction. You should have someone like him and the company in general to perform a service like this for you. Highly recommended!

Paris really knows his stuff! He educated me on all of the filtration options and helped me make make the best decision for my home. This company stands on doing what's best for the customer and not just what makes the company money. LOVE them!!

Had my two units replaced by emergency air. They gave me an amazing deal that I could not pass on. Glad I got my units replaced before the summer comes. One thing less to worry about. The install team was very professional. They were very polite, walked me through the process, time frame and used floor savers. Thank you Scott M, Luis C, Nathan C and Earl H. Amazing work. Definitely will be using emergency my for plumbing .

Bad experience unfortunately. I have worked exclusively with the company for over 13 years and recent changes over the past 2 years make them over priced and focused on profit.

Long story short: AC went out in June 2025, they came out to check it the next day. Sales manager, Josh, came to give me a bid and was able to get a great financing ($26,000 for 4 ton 2 speed unit after all the discounts he could apply). Install team came out Monday and forgot parts and adapters making it a full day of work. AC was not cooling for 24 hours and I called the company 4x that day to let them know. Spoke with install supervisor, Drew, who suggested to continue running the system and that he would get someone out that night. No one came. The next day, I called in the morning to see if someone was coming and the guy who forgot the part was on his way out to put it on. He didn't know the system wasn't cooling and added another 2.5 lbs of Freon to the system. The system again didn't cool after running for another 24 hours.

I would recommend finding another company. The AC technicians are great, and two of the plumbers I've had were great as well. I'd stay away from the plumbing tech Paris though.

I find Emergency Air, Heating, Cooling and Plumbing very honest. I needed 2 toilets replaced. They told me I’d be better off rebuilding them. Saved me money! Steve was the technician that did the work. He was friendly, and respectful in my home. I recommend an annual membership.

Excellent service. We had a deteriorating flexible duct that needed to be replaced. Assessed the issue quickly. Gave a reasonable quote. Fixed the issue on the same day. He actually fabricated the duct work on site. Steven was great! Fast, friendly and clean service. Would definitely recommend.

I am very pleased with the work Emergency Air did putting in my Cadillac of an air conditioner. I m sure i will see savings in my electric bill. The guys got the job within 7 hours. Thank you for helping me out.

He was extremely patient, professional, and respectful of my home — even wearing booties to protect my floors, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find that level of courtesy and care. Selecting the services of Emergency Air is one best choices I've made since moving here. I wanted to buy a new filter for my home, and the technician that gave us a free quote, Raul, helped my family select the best filter option for our water's household needs, and should be good for the house's pipes in the long run. Our installation tech, Costa, though has to accomplish multiple trips to complete the work. All in all, the work accomplished by Emergency Air has been smooth, openly communicated, and has exceeded our expectations. Though I can't speak on the membership benefits for having their tech maintain our house once a year, I'm glad to have their continued service on-call to help if a need or emergency arrives.

My review of Imbert is a 10/10. Professional, punctual, honest, extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the problems the previous three techs failed to identity and/or installed incorrectly. Imbert is the ideal technician for this company and I would only want him working on my home again. I am thankful that he came and corrected the others mistakes.

Gerald was awesome. Cleaned out our unit and did a comprehensive check-up on our unit. Photo results speak for themselves! He was very informative and did not pressure us into making any other purchases, though he did make some good recommendations :)

Made sure we were all aware of what he was doing and how to use the new equipment would be working . Made sure we all felt we could ask questions anytime. From the best price for the initial unit installed to the amazing service that I receive every year. The house is a rental and I have complete peace of mind that it is in good hands.
