One of our decades old AC units wasn't blowing very cold, but was still working. Colin gave it a thorough check up, decided it was worth recharging the coolant in spite of its age and has us back to chilling in the family room. Colin is honest, technically skilled and a pleasure to work with. We can't recommended him highly enough.

I noticed my house was hot and my air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air at 5pm on Friday and submitted a maintenance request. By 6:15 I had a phone call from Colin saying he was on another call but that he would be headed to me next. I explained I wasn’t going to be available however said that he would be happy to come by and look at it anyway so that he could asses the situation and either make the repairs or get a plan in place for repairs/replacement. My cameras picked up Colin working well past dark and he was even climbing up/down the ladder to repair my ac using a flashlight and had me back up and going within a few hours of noticing the issue despite me not even being there. Absolutely incredible service. 100% would recommend East Valley mechanical to anyone needing hvac services.

Colin, with East Valley Mechanical, LLC. Came to my home today to finish an AC job that another HVAC company didnt and couldn't do! (The other contractor said the problem, blower motor, could not be accessed. Clearly the other technician either lacked experience or just simply did not want to go the extra steps to do the work)
I spoke with Colin's ( East Valley Mechanical, LLC.,) dispatcher yesterday and she had him here today!! ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! I had been without a downstairs AC unit for almost 3 weeks!!!
I called the previous contractor several times and the Home Warranty company did also. Contractor did not respond to either of us. I insisted upon a new contractor.
Colin found a bad circuit board also which had created a dual failure. This was not found by previous company. Previous companyonly determinded that the blower motor was bad.(Maybe if the other company actually did some of the work they would have found the circuit board to be bad also?)
Colin, replaced the bad motor and circuit board. Sealed the unit, and reattached the duct at the air handler.
Colin is a plesent hard worker and is dedicated to completing the job right the first time. He also cleared a plugged drain coming from the AC pan. Undoubtedly this would have created an additional problem at another time.

A tip was given at competition of job. It's important to tip people, especially when they do a good job for you even if a Warranty company us paying the bill!

We had Colin from East Valley Mechanical out to repair our central AC and he did an outstanding job. On one of the hottest days in Phoenix, our AC went out. We were referred to Colin via our home warranty and he was out within a few hours. He is super friendly and an exceptional communicator. He rapidly diagnosed our issue, proactively worked with our warranty company, and within 24hrs our ac has been repaired. We are so grateful for East Valley Mechanical and highly recommend them.

Colin was amazing to work with. Our AC went out and he worked with our extended warrenty and kept me updated on everything. He also went above and beyond!! I will refer him to anyone needing HVAC service. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

The owner came to service my A/C as part of a home warranty claim. He really knew his stuff, was very professional and friendly. He had my A/C up and running in just a few minutes, and showed me some pictures he took of the burnt wires he replaced, as well as showing me in real-time the current draws, pressure line temperature, and explained everything well. He wasn't looking to upsell me on other services. I highly recommend using this service.

Colin was great!!!! He worked us into his schedule, same day and got our Central AC unit up and running and cooling… his customer service is great and communication of what is happening and what needs to be fixed was fantastic, never felt like he was trying to hide anything from us or take advantage of the situation. Collin was fantastic. He came right away when we were out of town and my elderly mother was house sitting and the air went out. He was friendly and so helpful. Truly a fantastic individual he spent a significant amount of time tracking down parts and completed the repair the next day. If you are looking for a skilled and conscientious contractor this is the company for you.

On one of the hottest days of the year our AC goes out and the company assigned to my home warranty claim can’t make it out for 5 days, but after begging them for a quicker option they were able to get Colin from East Valley Mechanical out in a few hours. Colin came to our rescue and had our AC up and running with a hour. He was friendly, explained the issue to me in terms I could understand and cleaned up everything. We will definitely be using East Valley Mechanical when we have our next AC issue.

Great company they repaired my heat in 30 min or so from eletrical wire when 2 other companies could not and 3rd didnt even answer. I recommend 100%. Wish my warranty would use them more.

Very impressed with the level of service from East Valley Mechanical, from the first call with Julie for scheduling, to the Technician Colin that came to our home. Our AC was completely off and it was 103 in Phoenix today. We were able to get on their schedule, diagnosed and up and running by 6pm. I’ll be calling back and referring everyone I know that’s looking for a great AC company.

Worst company I've used no skills they ruin every job I've been on due to office staff not walking jobs they just bid on jobs with out checking material or there products they install. Few of there guys have told there so nice cause they do it twice. Stay away!!!!
