My experience with Cole was great. He showed professionalism and courtesy. Care with everything. He had a trainee with him and I saw him sharing knowledge and safety on everything done. Great communication and charisma.

David was an excellent repair tech. He explained everything he was doing really well, diagnosed my heating unit issue, and repaired it, all while not waking up my baby! He also checked the warranty to make sure he saved me money.

Gerald and Travis provided outstanding AC maintenance service today. They identified a leaking compactor, replaced the polarized pads, and even fixed an electrical shock sound coming from the unit. They also cleaned all the surrounding areas thoroughly. I really appreciate their professionalism and patience in explaining every detail of the work performed. The before-and-after difference is clear in the attached photos. Thank you, Gerald and Travis, for your excellent service and attention to detail!

Gerald was absolutely amazing! He came out over the weekend to diagnose my AC unit after it had stopped working. He quickly found the issue with my motor and documented every step of the process. Unfortunately, the part wasn’t available till Monday, but I didn’t have to wait long because Gerald messaged me first thing Monday morning to tell me he had the part and was on his way. He was very thorough in the installation process, again photographing the steps of the process to show me and walk me through the fix. He cleaned the pieces of the unit before installing the new motor and even identified gapping in my system that was causing cold air to leak in my attic and not go into my house! Gerald went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the service I received or the work provided. If you are having AC issues, there’s no one you would rather have come help you than Gerald!

I recently had preventative maintenance done on my AC system. I had an excellent experience. Eddie arrived on time was professional and performed a very thorough inspection and service of the unit. He cleaned the system, checked all the components and made sure everything was running efficiently before the hotter weather sets in I really appreciated how Eddie explained what he was doing and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. It gives me peace of mind, knowing my AC is ready for the season and operating at its best. Great customer service, honest work and very knowledgeable is how I would explain Eddie. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to keep their AC system maintained and running smoothly. Well done, sir.

Josh S came out this morning on really short notice and quickly got my water heater swapped out and even upsized it to a 50 gallon which I’ve wanted to do since getting the home 5 years ago. I was told it wouldn’t fit by several other companies but when I asked emergency air, they said “Absolutely, no problem!” New water heater looks great and am very pleased with Josh and his work. Very thorough with his servicing of my a/c unit. I had a problem and knew something was up but I knew I had a scheduled maintenance appointment coming up so I let him know when he arrived. He showed up on time. Sent pictures of the unit to me including before and after, while he was working on it so I was well informed the whole time. Fixed the issues promptly in the same visit. Re-Scheduled a visit to complete the maintenance part since my unit had frozen over. And we needed it to thaw. Did the cleaning of the unit today and everything nearly looks like new. Friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. Photos of the frozen over ac components and how it looked today. The unit is operating well and as expected. Thank you Gerald!

This review is definitely worth its weight in gold. Me and my wife found a coupon for emergency air in a Dbacks pamphlet at one of the games and knew our 18year old AC unit was on its way out but wanted to see if we could squeeze a little more life out of it with a tune-up/cleaning. Appointment setting was easy as could be and our technicians that came out, Nick and Gerald, were extremely knowledgeable and thorough when servicing our unit. During the inspection Nick and Gerald brought to our attention some key pointers that showed just how bad our 18yr old unit actually was. Me and my wife were already expecting to get a new AC unit in the next year and, under advisement of our techs, had their supervisor Chris Polanco come out and look at our unit and talk to us about a potential new unit. Chris sat us down and had a very informative conversation with us about the ins and outs of what we should be looking for in a AC unit and making it very understandable to someone who doesn’t work in the industry. He was extremely professional and treated us like family when he worked with Jessica at their main office to see what deals we could get to get the unit installed. We never felt pressured or under a sales gimmick, it was always a, “lets do right by you and try and save you the most money, but also not cut corners that will cost you down the road.” One thing that stuck out most was when he said, “we are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but we stand by our work and the experience you will have with us” and I couldn’t agree more. Their pricing came, to my surprise, way under what others quoted us and were extremely transparent on what was included where others weren’t. We were able to get our new unit installed same day by Darien and Chris and man let me tell you, these men were extremely thorough, and CLEAN with their work. I can’t say enough about this company, and I will be strongly recommending them to our friends and family as a company that may not be cheap, but worth every single penny when it comes to their work, their professionalism and their transparency. Brandy and Dan are great! Quick response time from Brandy and Dan arrived earlier than his expected time and switched out the capacitors super fast and in less than 30 minutes, my AC was working again.

Called in for our business, very fast response time, quick diagnostics, quality repair. Had service done on our swamp cooler units to our shop. Went from no air flow with what little air we had that was hot. Now blowing nice and cool and I have happy techs turning wrenches again. Great crew will absolutely use them again.

Absolutely horrible company. 1st guy came out in the morning while I was sleeping, stomping on the roof, and left in a rush after insulting me. Despite me requesting late afternoon. Then the owner calls me because i left a 1 star review on here. It was a recorded call on my end, insulting me, condescending me and making it difficult to try and find a solution. Then a different tech comes out and did find issues. But it takes them weeks to come back out to do anything. Then they didn't give me ANY ETA for their arrival on Saturday. So I kindly asked them to please text me their eta. But they refused to text me, and because I wasnt here, because I was in the hospital with pneumonia that I caught from dealing with these ac issues in this apartment, the owner insults me some more and says its all my fault, since I wasnt here, they left, and didnt do any work.. Its hot in my apartment and these people dont care. The owner refuses to do work because I was not here due to being sick in the hospital. So Im stuck with hot as heck apartment because of their constant shady behavior. Just look at his condescending replies to people on here leaving him negative reviews. Im sure he will make stuff up and lie about me too. Horrible shady, unreliable, fraudulent snd unnacommodating company

Never actually used this company however I will not ever use them due to what I witnessed on the road today. Not sure if this is like a company with multiple locations or just the owner and his truck. However I witnessed a man with sun glasses on a a mustache road rage driving in the company car and withholding traffic on purpose because the woman behind him honked at him for being an idiotic driver. I was in the backseat of my car as my husband drove. watching this man the man purposely trying to break check the woman behind him and speeding up next to my car while my husband drove just to block her from getting in front him and we were trying to speed up to get the woman out the situation he just kept speeding up even more we had to go close to 85 just to get in front of him so she could pass. It was so dangerous. Like I wouldn’t trust this kind of person to do business with. He could’ve hurt the woman and my family in our car and other cars. License plate number RCA 9DE. I took a picture of the car as well I do plan on calling. After seeing how low reviews are being responded to I’m sure they will respond to this or the man driving the vehicle will deflect or respond poorly and not take accountability for his actions and find reasoning for this dangerous and wild behavior on the road. Considering I was next to your employee the whole time as we went the same way for over 5 miles I’d say I witnessed the whole thing beginning to end considering it was my husband who allowed the woman to pass because your driver was purposely blocking her from being able to move anywhere because he was speeding and break checking her. We witnessed two others cars take his license for being an idiot. Grow up and take accountability based off all negative reviews you don’t do that. Tell the truth. Honest company yeah right pretty sure you’re the driver based off your response

My management company contacted Monster Air yesterday to repair my non-working AC unit. I spoke with Brandi who immediately set me up with an appointment for first thing in the morning (7 to 8), but said she would try to squeeze me in yesterday. While she was unable to get someone to come out, she at least called to let me know. This morning, 10 minutes early, a technician showed up and my AC was fixed by 720am...
I highly recommend Mobster Air.. not just because the got my AC working, but because of the communication from Brandi.....

Called Monster Air with a problem with my air conditioning on my home that’s only a couple years old. They came out right away and was honest that it was an install problem with the company who installed the unit in the attic when house was built. I called that company and it was covered under their warranty.

I really appreciated the honesty and promptness of their tech coming out.

I wouldn't hesitate to reach out if your looking for a family owned business who cares about their customers and integrity.

Tech was on time, checked the entire system and found no problems. He was pleasant and right to work. Have been happy with Monster Air since we purchased our unit thru them. Highly recommend!
