These folks are terrific! Have had them do several projects around our home. Always show up when they say they will, they use quality materials and products, and their rates are reasonable! Highly recommend!

Time is money. These guys are so fast and so experienced, they complete the job in half the time of other companies and always with top quality work. I have used them at least a dozen times.

1st guy came out.....did pretty much nothing... .charged 180$ we ripped the wall open and waited for them to return to fix the issue.....we call them to come out. 3 to 4 days later (today) we have been waiting since 7 am for the guy to come who said he would be here first thing.....now its about 11. He must sleep late???? If i had a choice id never call them out again. Unfortunatly i rent and landlord calls them

As a former AZ contractor, it's great to find a company that's honest and professional. They showed up on time, always answered calls and most of all fair price. I will recommend them to anyone.

As with a few reviews below, they were, No-Shows, No-Answer, and No-Call Back.

I have a scary problem of an underground water main leak. I called them and was told that someone would be by to assess the problem that afternoon, or the next day, and they would put me on their schedule for 7 days out.

I stayed home for both of those two days, and they never showed up. Then I called on the 3rd day and they did not answer. I left a message asking if I was still on the schedule for the appointment they had available.

They NEVER called back. (still have not,) All this while I had a large problem that is getting worse as I was waiting on their help.

Then I had to start all over to get on the schedule with another company.

This is terrible !

The hot water valves in our bathroom were seized shut after being turned off for years due to littles. They showed up right on time and had the repair done very quickly! Highly recommend!!

We hired Roy Dossey Plumbing to fix a leak coming from the bottom of a toilet. The technician advised that the issue was simply that the wax ring needed to be replaced/doubled up, which was done and the issue was fixed. However, the reason for my negative review is that they ruined our flooring in the process. Our flooring was just a year old! In the process of removing the caulking, the plumber chipped our laminate flooring in several places. There was one panel of flooring that was slightly wet due to the leak, so I accepted the couple nicks in the floor, although I was upset about it. The plumber did a sloppy caulking job, so we requested they come out to remove it so we could do it ourselves. They came out to remove the caulking and chipped the flooring again, but on the opposite side (where the floor had not gotten wet).

I contacted the manager, Cathi, to express my concern. I had no intention for asking for anything, but thought it was important to share the experience so this doesn’t happen to someone else. I was polite, but expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction, as we will now have to replace our flooring in the bathroom. She was immediately defensive, telling me how long they’ve been in business (that is irrelevant to the issue). She told me that the chips in the flooring is just a consequence of pulling the toilet up and it’s bound to happen, and to buy a bigger toilet to cover it. I would need a pretty huge toilet to cover their mistakes. Rather than try to understand my frustration, Cathi continued to make excuses. My issue is not the slight scratching where the caulking was, my issue is the chunks of wood that are inches away from the toilet, which is just poor workmanship. I sent her pictures and she stated that she would also send me pictures that her employee sent her. She also said she would speak to both men that worked in our home and would follow up with me. It has been two weeks and I have not received pictures, a follow up call, or even an apology. I will never do business with this company again.

If you do choose to do business with this company, I recommend taking before pictures, and possibly standing over their shoulder to watch them work. I posted pictures of the damage with Yelp review.

Used their services to fix a few things on our house to sell and our new house we had just purchased. Friendly duo and very straight forward without any fuss or upselling. The crew did their work and explained anything I had questions about. Their fee was very reasonable especially considering my job required them to work in 2 different locations. Will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing and will be the first I call when I need plumbing services!

Travel for my job and came home to water coming out of my garage. After doing some research, my expansion tank to my water heater went out. Read some reviews and called Roy Dossey Plumbing. Liked how they are a family run business and located in Chandler. Was a Friday and even though they pretty much were booked up, they had plumbers out near my address. They swung by in between jobs, assessed the situation, and got my hot water back on. They then were able to return, and complete job later that day. Plumbers were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Price for work completed was good too. Will be using Roy Dossey for all future plumbing needs at my home. Thanks!

Had a water main leaking in my front yard and they came out a day after I called them. They found the leak 3ft underground and had it fixed within two hours time then charged me less than half of what I thought it would cost.

I was so impressed I had them come in and run the plumbing for my kitchen remodel where they had to cut the foundation and run lines underneath it. They had the job done the same day they started and the technician was even thoughtful enough to put a piece of plywood covering the hole in the wall so my cat wouldn't go in the wall while I was at work. Can't recommend them enough.

8-8-2024: Water main leak to house. Called and responded within 1hour. Dug up leak and replaced pec pipe with copper. 103F hot! Hole was filled with old bricks cutting old plastic piping. Fernando and Rondo were awesome! Excellent repair, Very professional! Highly recommend. 👍

This plumbing company did a great job of fixing a leak within my walls and in a different house changed the faucets and kitchen sink and replaced valves under the sink. They are very honest about what work should be completed and I would recommend them

I was absolutely amazed by their service and their price. They were less than half of my other two quotes and I told him, if I ever need any Plumbing I'm calling them, and that's why they have their prices so cheap, so whenever you need a plumber you will have to go to them !because they are hands down, "the best". Clay one of the owners came and did our job. I can't say enough about their work and prices !!!

Upgraded 2 toilets. They got them both done in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. They were quick, on time and very professional. I am really happy. Charged me less than $200 and took old toilets away no charge. Used them many times on other plumbing problems They do great work. Will use again.

Roy Dossey Plumbing was able to get to my house on the same day I called. They showed up when they said they would, quickly identified the problem (and an additional one I hadn't been able to figure out), and fixed them both with within the hour. The two gentleman that showed up were friendly, professional and kindly tolerated the barking of my chihuahua while they worked. The pricing was fair and reasonable and about what I expected to pay. They even left the work area cleaner than what it started, which I appreciated. Highly recommend and will be using Roy Dossey Plumbing as my go-to for any future problems. Thank You!

We are switching to Roy Dorsey Plumbing from a more advertised company but clearly not better! This other company was frustrating and unprofessional and inappropriate in an emergency situation. Scott and Tim came the very next morning and did an incredible job in an emergency situation with our water heater. I could not be more pleased with their demeanor and the great work they did. And fair priced! No spikes in pricing on the little things so you are forced to buy the bigger job like the other company tried to do. 5 stars for sure!
