As a plumber and someone who appreciates excellent customer satisfaction I don't have enough good things to say about this store. San plumbing is a great store that always has my essentials stocked from Pex tubing to Copper fittings, this particular location goes above and beyond my expectations for a supply house by far. The staff is not only incredibly helpful while navigating the store, but they take the time to find out what job you're working on and what they can do to expedite it in a streamline fashion. This is my first choice of supply house when I'm out and about in the East valley, 10/10 would recommend to other plumbers and novices alike for all your plumbing needs.

These are the guys you want to work with for your plumbing project. They take the time to help solve the problem, not just sell a part. After David understood my problem about my water heater he put me in touch with the Mfg. so I could get the part without cost, he knew it would be covered under warrantee. His extra effort lost the one-time sale, and gained a loyal, long-term customer.

All the employees are amazing..great hospitality and awesome atmosphere!!!

Awesome staff very help full with everything I need! Mainly work with Rick he always goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything to get the job done. Staff here is so good I go out of my way to go to there store!

Head over to Lowe’s! the way Rick Jones treats customers makes it seem like they hate money, even dropping my change on the counter instead of my outstretched hand. Never mind the lack of assistance when it came to part recommendations for my water heater. I bought a perforated drip tube and Rick Jones failed to mention a set of new gaskets for the system. That’s not going the extra mile, or doing the job right by recommending all related parts for a water heater service. Furthermore they don’t practice safe procedures due to COVID-19. Don’t catch the coof by shopping here! Go over to Lowe’s and get the water heater and plumbing parts you can use with solid advice from people who act like professionals!

My GE water softener was leaking at the bypass valve. We took it off and found a broken o-ring. I went to Lowe’s and Home Depot, none of them had the right size. The helper in Home Depot recommended me to go to Van Marcke Plumbing Supply. They helped me found the perfect fit in seconds. We was able to fix our water softener in 5 minutes, just put it on and push back, it’s done. Thank you for all your help. You guys made my day.

First time here after about 3 hours searching Google for faucet valves for which I couldn’t even identify the manufacturer. VERY satisfied. I was immediately greeted and helped at the counter. I had the old one with me, and about a minute or so later they not only knew what brand it was (Delta), but I had them in hand and was ready to pay. Went home and installed the new parts in less time than I had invested in my search. Thanks SO much “BGARLAND”!

I had decided to redo my shower. After removing the old one I was left with a plumbing NIGHTMARE! After going to All the big box stores and every ace hardware here in town I still could not get the answer I needed to complete this project. I took a chance and walked into this place and my prayers were answered!!!!
I was greeted by Brandon Garland the assistant manager who walked me thru step by step on what needed to be done to complete my shower nightmare. I am extremely greatfull for Brandon for his help and expertise!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AAAAAA+++++

Recently stopped by Van Marcke here in Chandler for some supplies and was helped by David. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Definitely gave me more confidence in the project I’m working on. I will be coming back to this store for any future plumbing needs

I have paid $1500 on the last two years for three weeks come to find out Victory plumbing tells me they’ve had a recall on these hoses for my outside water heater at my Medspa. I was told by the last guy that they couldn’t replace it with any type of stainless steel plumbing and he says yes we can. We can use dishwasher stainless steel plumbing $300 later I’m never gonna have to worry about a leak again. This is how you know when you have somebody that knows what they’re doing and you can trust. Thank you

Don replaced a Pressure regulatory on water line and replaced flex line water softener. Informed me of changes and knowledgeable of many plumbing issues. Kind and caring.
