Just had these guys come take a look at my plumbing system that will need to be updated in the near future. They were extremely responsive and professional, and these days that seems to be rare.

I noticed their was another review complaining of the same thing not sure if its the owner or an employee but you need to chill with the aggressive driving.

Everything you do it’s going to be critiqued. That includes flying up a construction zone and cutting off 10 cars while riding down a closed and/or closing lane while the rest of us wait patiently so as to not create an accident. I want you to know that when you flew by the rest of us you got about 10 cars ahead of me even though I waited patiently. By the time we reached the freeway 1/2 a mile ahead you were one car in front of me. You did not need to do what you did. You are driving a billboard with this company‘s name on it and everything you do is seem as a part of how you run your business. Whoever flew past us and rode the closing lane on Higley south to the 60 freeway. Slow down and calm down. You could have killed a construction worker.

The technician got raving reviews from my dad, who needed a repair. Swears he will never use another company! Highly recommended . They are so knowledgeable and experienced. Why would you even use anyone else?

Your numerous driving complaints might be from the 2 employees drinking beer at Cold Beer & Burgers at 1PM on Tuesday. Your company truck was parked at an angle taking 2 parking spots. So they might have been drinking before stopping for more. See photo

Over the Christmas holiday we discovered a slow drip on a line to our water filter system installed by R&C Plumbing last summer. Although it wasn’t an emergency, Skyler (Service Manager) offered to have his on-call crew come out and repair the leak.

Not wanting to disrupt anyone’s Christmas break, we opted to put off the repair until the Tuesday after Christmas. Skyler said he would have a plumber out first thing that Tuesday morning. The plumber showed up exactly as scheduled and had the leak fixed in about 10 minutes.

We learned R&C plumbing discovered that the part (a small plastic PEK connector fitting) has been prematurely wearing, an issue that has affected other customers besides us. The fitting was replaced with a new brass fitting at no charge.

We appreciate R&C’s commitment to providing quality customer service and for employing people like Skyler who understand how meaningful this is to their customers.

Estimates are accurate and always reflect reality. Pricing is consistent and reasonable given all of the above. As a GC they are my go to plumbing service. We had a leaking water heater starting to create drywall damage on a Friday late afternoon and they came out immediately to access and even repair before further damage was caused...unbelievable who does that today!!

We had R&C out to install a new water softener and install a water line to our kitchen fridge. We were pleased with the quality and pricing of the work. The dude driving this truck is dangerous. Speeding while weaving in and out of lanes really close to cars because of impatience for traffic. I was one of those victims. I was tailgated by this guy for a while when I was driving 7 mph over the limit to please him. The second he got a chance, he cut someone off and proceeded to do the same to me, nearly hitting me. He then did the same thing two more times to others. I have video of all this happening on my dash cam. Driving westbound Sunday Sept 1 around 10:15am on Guadalupe Rd between Val Vista and Gilbert rd license plate CL 73387. Driving like that puts other people's lives in jeopardy.

Hired R&C to install an automatic water shut off system on my water service and was very satisfied with the process. My phone call was taken right away and I was able to get on schedule with no delay. The appointment time was fulfilled and I received a phone call when the tech was on their way.
