We have used R&C for our Commercial property and they were great! Skyler their Service Manager Is very responsive and professional. Paul came to our property and was both punctual and professional. He received a quick briefing on the issue and after completing the job, called and explained work performed prior to leaving.

We had R&C install all our plumbing in our custom new build and they did such a great job. Reliable and hardworking guys. We had a few minor hiccups after moving in but they came and promptly fixed those, under warranty. I really like working with Trent and his team and will continue to use them on future projects.

Thieves removed our cage and stole our main plumbing pipes and backflow valves. I called around and R&C Plumbing showed up quickly and restored our water service to the building. Several buildings were hit, but we were the 1st to have ours fixed! Their tech went the extra mile and helped us secure our cages with better locks, that he installed after modifying the cage. It’s great to know that these guys are right down the street and they are really good - highly recommend R&C Plumbing.

No shocker when I read the reviews here that I would find someone posting regarding the driving habits while in a company truck. Going to assume its the owner coming down south on i17 today 6/6/25 weaving between lanes, saw him make 6 lane changes with zero regard for others or a turn signal, besides the speeding.

Driver was tailgating us so I decided to look up the company and big surprise! Several driving complaints and some point you would think management would take note but with little replies to the complaints it doesn’t look like safety is a priority for this company I’m curious if they will respond to this

Almost got hit by someone in this company truck. Weaves through traffic on the freeway and doesn’t use blinkers. Don’t give a company that allows this behavior your business. I see I’m clearly not the only one to have reported this behavior. Gonna get someone killed driving like that! Shameful.

I haven’t used this company’s plumbing services, but I had a concerning experience with one of their drivers that makes me hesitant to ever consider them. While driving today, I saw a company truck being operated very aggressively — speeding, weaving through traffic, and even flipping off other drivers.
At one point, the truck came dangerously close to hitting a pedestrian who was crossing legally at a crosswalk. It was shocking behavior, especially from someone representing a business in a clearly marked vehicle.
How a company chooses to conduct itself in public says a lot about their values. Based on what I witnessed, I’d be very cautious about hiring them. Number on the truck was ROC# 290603

Whoever is driving this company’s vehicles seems to think public roads are a racetrack.
A company vehicle represents your business, and this kind of reckless speeding and aggressive driving is unacceptable and dangerous. What’s even more concerning is that there are NUMEROUS reviews reporting the same unsafe behavior, which points to a clear pattern and a serious lack of accountability.
If this continues, it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt smh. Management should address this before it results in real harm and very avoidable legal consequences.

I wasn't going to complain about an aggressive driver in a company truck, but it seems like the owner hasn't taken measures to curtail the employees' driving habits. Was heading north on Country Club about half a mile from the Broadway underpass and witnessed your driver dangerously tailgating and weaving in and out. Driver was a young, thin, white male with shoulder blond hair, he was also rocking a wide-brimmed baseball hat. If they're that aggressive while driving, imagine how aggressive they will be when they try to upsell you services that you don't need.

Marat and co were extremely professional. They installed the plumbing for my new water softener loop, and got the softener set up and running beautifully. All of the work was very well done, and I would absolutely recommend their services.

I am the owner of an Italian Restaurant “Pizza A Metro”. We have ran into a plumbing problem on Friday, the busiest day of the week. Our main water drain got plugged. We couldn’t use either the dishwasher nor sink. It was a complete disaster. I have called multiple companies, including our own plumber. 3 people showed up from 2 different companies and nobody was able to fix our problem. Luckily I was referred to Az Preferred Plumbing LLC. Marat was very professional and prompt. He sent out a technician within an hour. Ryan came out, evaluated the problem and fixed it. I was extremely happy with the promptness, customer service, delivery and affordable pricing. Fired my plumber and definitely will be using this company in the future. I suspect this review will be taken down as I notice there are no negative reviews for this company, that's a huge red flag and not a real thing for companies. I had them come to look at a back up, they advised it would cost me $500.00 to remove both my toilets to fix, I said I'll wait and go through my home warranty, paid the $49.00 service fee. Next day my Home warranty sent a plumber from another company, fixed it in 5 minutes using the same ground drain access. I called and requested a refund as either the plumber sent before did not know what he was doing or was trying to cheat me. They refused to give me refund and could not explain why the other plumber was able to fix it so quickly. Super shady, stay away.

Called at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night when a kitchen sink pipe broke. We were given a window of 8-10 pm. Plumber showed up at 8:30, fixed our problem quickly and for a VERY fair price! We were thrilled with their quick and efficient service, timely arrival as promised, and a really nice and knowledgeable plumber to fix our problem. These guys ROCK, call them anytime for your plumbing needs — highly recommend!!

AMAZING!!! Preferred plumbing just replaced All the piping in my entire house. This was a major expense I had been dreading for years. I did my due diligence and contacted over a dozen companies. Most of the estimates I had got were between 8K-10K, and it was going to take several weeks before they could even start. When I contacted preferred plumbing I spoke to Michael, He said they could do the job for 5K and be done in two days! Honestly, I was surprised... i had to ask him again to make sure I heard him correctly. Elvis and his team did the job in two days just like Michael said. The work was better than I expected and I couldn’t be more happy!! The guys were efficient & absolute professionals! I highly recommend preferred plumbing, these guys are top notch! I had what I thought was a slab leak (which is like the worst kind of leak to have IMO) in my garage. Needless to say, I did panic a bit, then I opened a service request with my home warranty. Within 24-hours, Cornell from AZ Preferred Plumbing arrived and diagnosed my issue as actually a bad water heater... phew! He then got approval from my home warranty company to replace the water heater and actually replaced it the same day! Not only that, but he was very professional while I hovered and asked him lots of questions about plumbing in general. Not only that, but he also referred me to a good restoration company to give me an estimate on the drywall damage. What could've been a very stressful situation turned into a positive experience, and now I have the name of a really good plumbing company. +1 will panic about a water leak and call AZ Preferred Plumbing again.
