Josh is great! He gave me a clear explanation on what he thinks is the main cause of the leak and even send me the link to purchase the replacement part. I will call them again if I suspect a leak around the house. Great service and very friendly.

We discovered a leak in our water service line and Josh and his team were there to help the very next day. Since the original was at the ends of its life span we decided to do a replacement and we’re so happy we chose New Era to help us.

I called New Era Plumbing and they came in record time. They were able to unclog my kitchen drain. The clog was a challenge, but they fixed it to my satisfaction.

Had an outside hose bib snap off on a Sunday, which was a short pipe inside the wall, requiring me to shut off the main water. (See picture) Called around and found Kings of Plumbing open 24/7 a short hop from my house. I called and got an answer right away! Sent some pictures and got quick ballpark estimate and we could be over in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, Josh arrives , quickly assesses the issue and gets to work. The job required cutting into drywall under the sink and replacing some copper and the outside hose bib. Quickly done and cleaned up the debris after. Also great with kids and my children were entertain. Amazing service and super short notice. I did not expect anyone to answer or come on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks again!

Highly recommend! Super responsive, very professional and experienced. Josh and Louie came the same day we called, provided us with a knowledgeable assessment and reasonable price. They showed up on time on the scheduled day to complete the work and even went out of their way (and back to Home Depot) to fix a related wiring issue. Upon returning from our 2nd home after the summer season we encountered an
"emergency" sewer pipeline back up situation. Our townhome pipes are approximently 30 years and mine were clogged with calcified castiron debri. After receiving what seemed to be a pricey repair quote, I spoke with Louie, owner of New Era Plumbing. His quote was 50% less expensive for his hydrojet service, and approximately 35% less expensive for a pipeline replacement than my original quote.
Louie's quote was straight forward without any attempt to inflate the price because it was an emergency situation. When I informed the reps of the original quote what New Era Plumbing quoted, they immediately told me they would do the job for the same price. I told them I was going to pass and stick with Louie's company because he was more honest and forthright in his estimate.
New Era came out immediately and got the job done in a professional and thorough manner.

I thought my house was going to flood and I was going to have to replace my flooring but It seemed like Louie showed up before we got off the phone! He fixed the toilet and for no extra charge the sink as well! Thank you!

New Era was awesome! Called Sunday afternoon. Had it diagnosed by 7:30 pm. They returned Monday morning with new water heater and new parts. Hot water by 10am!!

Highly recommended Josh and Louie from New Era Plumbing! We had a water leak and had no idea where it was, they found it within 20 minutes in our pool. These guys are so professional and exceed all expectations. They will always be our first call now if we have a problem!

I called New Era Plumbing at 1pm on Christmas Day for a clogged drain causing a very nasty situation. These guys showed up in no more than an hour and worked through my issue. The price was extremely reasonable for an emergency call on Christmas day. I would recommend New Era for any of your plumbing needs. Big thank you again for helping us out.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company — especially Josh, who went above and beyond from the moment he arrived. His presentation was impressive: branded truck, professional attire, and honestly, he smelled so good I almost asked what product he uses! But more than that, his kindness stood out immediately. I mentioned we were recovering from a flood and still rebuilding, and he expressed genuine sympathy without skipping a beat. That kind of empathy is rare and much appreciated.

As I walked him through the plumbing issue, Josh immediately diagnosed the problem and explained the fix in a way that made sense. He even answered some unrelated questions I had, like about a wire on one of the pipes, without hesitation or rushing me. After a short pause, he gave me a very reasonable quote and mentioned he likely had all the parts in his truck.

Just before he left to get started, I remembered another issue with a supply line. I brought it up casually, expecting to schedule it for another day, but Josh offered to look at it right then. Not only did he know exactly how to handle it, he even offered a bit of a discount given the circumstances and additional work.

Since I wasn’t staying at the property, I asked how long it would take. He said likely a couple of hours and assured me I didn’t need to wait around, but also let me know I was more than welcome to come back if I was nearby and wanted to inspect the work in person or have him walk me through the repairs. That flexibility and transparency really stood out.

This is a company that does things right: honest, thoughtful, communicative, and professional in every way. I hope I don’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who I’m calling. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about the guys at New Era Plumbing! Louie and Josh provide top notch service with a smile. I had a toilet leak late at night and called 3 different companies that advertised 24/7 emergency service. New Era was the only company who actually picked up the phone and responded immediately. A couple weeks later, I called them at 5pm on Friday because my water heater was not providing any hot water. Louie was here Saturday morning with a new tank. Both times, they were super responsive, got the jobs done quick, and their pricing was reasonable. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.
