Josh and the crew came out and helped me with a leak in my PEX tubing. He even took my call on a Sunday! They did a great job! Friendly, respectful and thorough. I'd highly recommend!

We had a gas fire pit issue and New Era responded so quickly. Got a guy out here same day even when it wasn't an emergency. They treated us like we were top priority. Eric came, did a great job and was very friendly, professional and quick he stayed to finish the job on a Friday evening and you can tell he loves working for a company that treats him well. The owner is very easy to work with and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Can't say enough positive things about New Era Plumbing. On time, called to confirm their arrival and super professional. They took plenty of time to correctly identify the problem and offered reasonable, cost effective options for repair. From start to finish it was nice to work with New Era Plumbing and we wouldn't hesitate to have them work on plumbing in our home again. This time they replaced a faulty outdoor water shuttle off valve and located a leaking pipe that was covered in concrete.

The EZ Flow Plumbing team did an incredible job with the replacement of my water heater today 5/3.

On Monday, we experienced a serious stoppage in one of the toilets, which eventually caused it to overflow into both our showers. Needless to say, when the wife cannot use the restroom or take a shower, it becomes a serious emergency. They came out the first time and did an excellent job in clearing the stoppage. However, while scoping the pipes with a camera, they indicated that the pipes needed to be hydrojetted to thoroughly clean out the built-up materials, which would cost more money. After shopping their prices with three other companies, I hired them to do so and they provided a 1-year guarantee. Their techs were professional and cleaned up after they completed their work. Hiring an honest contractor is always a challenge. If & when I ever experience a plumbing issue, the only company I will hire is Ez Flow Plumbing and I highly recommend them.

Had a pedestal sink that was cracked and needed to be replaced with a new sink and faucet that we had purchased. Greg was our service technician. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail before starting. When he removed the sink and found additional parts that could use updating, he stopped and gave me all the options first. Greg worked hard from beginning to end, and did it in a way that didn’t interrupt the daily routine of the household. When it was all done, we had a beautiful new sink/faucet installed and with almost no impact on the surrounding wall area. All we’ll need to do is some minor paint touch ups. Highly recommend this company.

Spencer and Cody did a great job replacing our 30 year old outdoor plumbing/water spicket, pressure gauge and all of the valves. Highly recommend.

Nice tech tho went to ck wk I had done and tech never checked to make sure both my bathtub water was coming out of spot ok and the hose bit outside replace wasn’t tightened dwn.
Now im told on tub spot could be either the Cartlidge or the valve and that’s another $500 and change. Just fell when fixing a problem tech should make sure all works not say here is bill pay and than he is gone. Now I have spout on tub tho still have problems. My outside hose valve he tightened with his hand when pliers would really make sure it dosent come loose. Guess he was tired and didn’t want to go to tk to get.
My bidet well… told me it’s over $1,500 as need new valve body which my handyman just explained to him. Not doing that when I can get smart new bidet less than that.
All around I’m bit disappointed with techs service.

Christy was great. Talk to the owner to get service for us. Spencer called to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived went right to work. Gave us an estimate tested the water. Located the leak and made the repair. He then contacted the remediation company. Spencer was very knowledgeable and courteous. Overall a great experience.

The entire experience from making the appointment to the actual repair was handled in a professional manner. Received updates by text and email when the technician would be there along with a brief profile of the technician along with a photo. The technician Mathew was thorough, professional, courteous, and efficient.
Will be my go to for any plumbing needs in the future. Thank you

I have had issues finding a plumber in the Metro Phoenix area for 2 years. Unfortunately, I had a water main break in front of my condo. Fortunately though Google led me to EZ Flow Plumbing and Michael came to save the day. He was able to get an assessment which originally looked pretty bleak and expensive, but he was able to find a solution to fix it. He came back the next day with Paul and fixed the issue along with another small issue I had. They truly went above and beyond for service and I can't be more appreciative for them and also the quality of service I received. I will definitely be using this company in the future for a few other things from our home inspection. I'm truly glad I found this company and very glad Michael was able to help. I cannot sing my praises enough! Thank you.

First off… they scheduled my appointment even though it was after normal business hours - great customer service from Lynette. Then they dispatched Michael early the nest day and he was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and courteous - providing multiple options to resolve my issue.
