Chris was excellent. We had a water leak emergency and when we called him he was able to FaceTime us and helped us turn off the water immediately. He then came over and assessed the situation and was able to repair the problem in a timely and friendly manner.

Legacy Plumbing is always quick to respond to our calls and take care of plumbing issues in a professional, efficient manner. They take the worry out out getting the job done, and are always there to answer questions. There are never concerns when using them on plumbing jobs. Would highly recommend them.

These are our guys. Chris came by within an hour of us calling, got finished up within 30 mins, and even was gracious with explaining the problem, mentioning some solutions and better products to prevent further issues, and generally being a great guy and friendly conversationalist. Reasonable emergency fee and reasonable pricing all around. Glad to find a real company nearby who’s friendly and professional. Very happy, and would recommend to anyone.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because they were busy up with other projects for our last-minute need so I had to wait overnight, a little longer than I wanted.

Called Chris from Legacy Plumbing to unclog a stubborn shower drain. He came the next day and fixed my issue. No trip charge, which I loved, and 10% off because it was my first visit. Kind, courteous and professional. Highly recommend this company.
