I had a mainline issue that needed urgent attention and Diego from Roto-Rooter came to the rescue. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Diego quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared the main line with skill and care. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done thoroughly. I truly appreciate his positive attitude and dedication to getting things back to normal. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter especially Diego for anyone needing reliable, plumbing service.

Diego arrived within one hour of the request and was very polite and professional. He did the best he could before he hit a small snag (roots in the pipes) and a second appointment had to be made (not his fault at all). Would use this company again in the future, if need be.

I thought Diego D was great. Can in the evening, was on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up nicely. It was pricey but that’s not his fault.

We had an appointment. The text said the tech would be here in 30-45 minutes. So we were late to work waiting. We called multiple times and each time they said 15 minutes out. 2 hours later, they said 30 minutes out due to traffic. I told them I’m not waiting 30 minutes after we’d already waited 2 hours and only got updates when we called. I called back 3 additional times and each time they said a technician was on the way. After an hour of waiting and no tech showing up, I called yet again, and they said they rescheduled me for Wednesday. Very poor service.

DiEGO D, is TRULY a complete gentleman!!!! He easily detected what was causing the leak I had, and if I ever have another issue (I hope I DON’T!!!!), I would ONLY ask for him!!!!

For my plumbing issue I was disappointed because my window was 10:39-12:39 and then I kept getting texts it would be later (good communication about being late). It was 4:15 before the plumber arrived. He fixed the issue and checked all other spots that were like the issue itself and all was good. The problem with the lateness, was the water was shut off to my whole house until
the issue was fixed. Since the issue caused flooding in my house that was a problem to not have any water until being fixed. The great thing was that the company lead on getting the place dried out and starting the tearing out of damaged areas was there at noon. He was in the vicinity, heard the call, and came over. I had used Roto Rooter before and they did a great job. They contract with all the companies that are involved in a reconstruction from water or fire damage. Mine was water. So, they had already started dehumidification and tear out of wet materials long before the plumber came. The reconstruction lead helped me make my claim. They also contract with my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) and that made it easier. That same day I also heard from Integrity, a company that packs your house up for the reconstruction work. They are fantastic and Roto Rooter initiated that call. The company that will do the reconstruction also contacted me a few days later and my claims adjuster did, too. Roto Rooter also works long hours and every day they can and get work completed in a timely manner. I will be out of my house for about 3 months (maybe more) when it is all said and done. Between Roto Rooter and Liberty Mutual I am in good hands.

Diego D was professional and kind. We had a few hiccups with not having the correct tools and the price was a bit high compared to other companies (a bit above $600 for a shower cartridge replacement), but the leak we had is fixed, and we are happy!

The front office team were very friendly and efficient and helped me get scheduled asap. Diego, my service tech was very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Will definitely call again if the need arises!

🪠We had a clogged drain for about a week that we tried to fix ourselves with our plunger and the drain cleaners that you can buy at the grocery store. Neither of those things fixed our problem, so we decided to call a professional. 🧑🏼‍🔧

📆We were actually able to make our appointment online. It let us choose the day and a one-hour window for an appointment time. You can also call and make an appointment. 📱

👀There are a few locations that they might charge a drive-fee to come out and check your problem, but for most customers in the Phoenix area, Roto-Rooter will come to you and give you a free estimate for your problem.

🕐Our plumber, Mason, was in the area for another job on the day of our appointment and called to see if we were available for him to stop by just a bit earlier. Personally, I love when people are a bit early or at least on-time.🙂

🚐Once Mason got to the house, he listened to the issues we had been having and checked out a few things before he gave us the possible repair options that he could offer. At this point, you can decline and just accept their free estimate or choose one of the repair plans that your plumber will give you. 💲

Mason was very good at explaining each of the 3-4 options and prices for each. He answered all of our questions and we didn't feel pressured to choose any particular one. The one we did choose, fixed our problem and it included a bottle of preventative treatment liquid for our pipes.
I also waited a few days before writing my review to be sure that our plumbing problem had been fixed. 😀👍🏼

Diego went above and beyond. His recommendation literally saved the day- he cleared the pipes in a way a basic job never would have fixed. Both he and Mike were incredible to work with: skilled, straightforward, and genuinely great guys. The whole afternoon was a reminder of what professional service should feel like. Can’t say enough good things.
