Roto-Rooter was awesome when we had a major issue with our shower drain! Scheduling was quick and easy online, and downloading the app made things even more seamless! Roto-Rooter had a two hour appointment window, and Diego D arrived promptly and within only about an hour of me requesting an appointment! He was professional, friendly, and so helpful! He was able to fix our shower drain and explained the problem and solution. I would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing/drain issues, and Diego D went above and beyond for us! Thank you so much!

These guys are amazing! Diego came out to our house on a Saturday night about 9 PM. After testing everything numerous times the clog we had cleared itself so there was nothing to fix. Amazingly enough, he didn’t even charge us a service call! Thank you!!

Roto-Rooter was very quick and efficient in sending someone to unclog our kitchen drain. Our tech Diego was very professional and resolved the issue quickly. Everything was great except the price. Paying $485 to unclog a standard drain clog in 20 mins is very excessive. Pricing needs to be reassessed.

Had a plumbing back-up late at night and called Roto-Rooter and to leave msg and actually got to talk to someone to set an appt for 8-9am the next day. Mason showed up between before 9 and snaked the line several times and sent the camera down to show roots still there. He had Jhonatan come out with the High pressure water cutter but the root clog was too thick for that. It blocked about half of the line. So they had Steve and Carlos come out and excavate and replace a section of the line where the clog was and even put in an additional clean-out. Then Jhonatan came out to do the final camera inspection. The. whole project was fairly uncomplicated from start to finish. We were ok to flush within hours the next day and the excavation was done a couple days later and completed in less than one day. Went way better than I could have expected. Would highly recommend this company and crew.

Diego D was outstanding! He came to our house and showed us what exactly could be wrong. After consulting with him we made the decision for him to snake our line and have the camera come out and see what was wrong. All in all a great experience and no pushy sales tactics which is great. Super friendly staff and Diego was very helpful.

Roto-Rooter literally saved us. When our sewage line started backing up into our house early on a Sunday morning and we were in a complete panic, these guys came out and saved the day. They weren't like most plumbing companies trying to just shove the most expensive and not-yet-necessary services at us, they really did try their hardest to help us out after we had experienced an entire weekend of plumbing nightmares. They managed to get the blockage in our pipes cleared out and saved us from having to excavate our entire yard. Jeff and Diego were so kind and treated us like actual human beings that were having a crisis. We will be using them from now on for any plumbing needs. Thank you!
