Matthew C was the tech that helped me today and he was excellent; knowledgable and eager to help! He did great to explain what a water heater flush can fix and what issues may arise from said procedure with recommendations, should said issues occur (thankfully, everything was fine)!

Service technician Matthew Cothrun was thoroughly professional, courteous and knowledgeable as he explained the service of hydro jetting our home's drain system. He also provided solutions and suggestions as to prolonging the maintaining of our home's drain system flow. EZ Flow is a reputable company and I confidently recommend them to others.

We would give this company a 10 star rating if we could. They are absolutely amazing. From their committed employees to their superior work ethic, which we thought was long gone. What a welcome change!

Our initial internet inquiry received an immediate telephone response from Christy, who was very friendly, professional and funny. She made us feel at ease and comfortable working with the company. She immediately set up an appointment for us for the following day.

Ken came the following day, again very friendly and professional, looked at the project, which consisted of installing new water and sewer lines into a small closet in order to install a stackable washer and dryer. He gave us a fair, very competitive quote in writing. We followed up with Efren, who was again friendly and professional and scheduled the work.

Manny and his brother Elias came and did the job, again very friendly and professional. There was a slight hiccup, but Ken came right out and made sure the problem was promptly resolved. EZ Flow Plumbing took full and complete responsibility for the problem and promptly corrected it.

Then when our contractor came to install the electrical and the appliances, there was a problem with the placement of the water box. Once again, Ken was back and right then and there personally corrected the problem.

Overall, our interactions with Christy, Efren, Manny, Elias, Spencer and especially Ken were all outstanding. Good help is very hard to find these days and EZ Flow Plumbing has certainly selected their people well.

Thank you again for your outstanding service. We will certainly be recommending EZ Flow Plumbing to anyone we know in need of plumbing services and those we don’t know. We have made the office here aware of your superior service should anyone else in the park need a reliable plumbing reference.

To begin I must share with you that I do not normally review companies online, however I thought I would speak up and give credit where I think credit is due. I am over 65 and so I have been around the block a few times and seen practically everything, so I am always looking to expect the unexpected.

We have an account with EZ Flow Plumbing and we recently called them to troubleshoot a problem with our water heater. The problem was accidentally initiated the day before when a flushing of the system created a dilemma with delivering hot water to the entire house.

So, they sent over this new guy I had never seen previously, his name was McKay and I just wanted to give him a shout out for his intuitive and thorough approach to his work. He took the needed time to locate the problem and complete the job, and to be sure that he had indeed fixed the problem, he tested every line in the house.

McKay is exemplary for his determination and fortitude in rectifying this complex problem, and in the face of adversity, and in an emergency, he certainly excelled. We now have instant hot water flowing to all floors as he promised and everything is back to normal. There was NO charge from EZ Flow for his services that day, and we appreciate that greatly. I called to have a leak in a wall located and repaired . I was helped quickly and accurately by Christy on the phone and was scheduled that day! Christy was very knowledgeable and kind. Kenneth came that day and was so thorough and thoughtful…. Located it quickly… returned quickly and repaired perfectly. He had to cut through tile pieces and did that without destroying the tile pieces! Everything was clean and included an explanation along with photos for insurance!

Perfect installation of a tankless water heater and water softener with a carbon filter. Installation was smooth, quiet, and clean. Special thanks to project manager Spencer, Kenneth, Braxton, Cody and Lynette. I definitely recommend EZ Flow for any and all plumbing issues. I also had a main line from the street to the house replacement last year. The professionalism, pricing, attention to detail, and time for completion were all above and beyond. Despite being a small issue their leak repair handled a minor drip effectively which prevented it from becoming a bigger concern.

This drain cleaners helped us fix a basement drain backup. The technician ran a camera inspection and cleared the line thoroughly. It drains great now. Professional and dependable team.

Standing water collected in the shower after each use. Their plumber removed heavy soap and hair buildup from the drain. Water now flows freely without pooling. The improvement was immediate. I’d be comfortable calling again if needed.
