Luis and his crew were amazing. I had them come out a few weeks ago to unclog my daughter's drain in Tempe. They cleaned it out. Last Friday the drains were clogged again. They offered to come out that day to unclog it for free.

Luis let me know the problem was the old Orangeburg pipe was detaching and letting in dirt from under the house. They said they could run a new mainline to replace the failing section. The job was pretty involved, but they had it completely done in three days, including redoing all the tile on the bathroom floor (since they had to remove all the tile and concrete in the bathroom). The house and bathroom look exactly like it did before they did all the work. Pretty amazing.

The thing I appreciate the most about their crew is how safe and welcome they made my daughter and her roommates feel during all the construction and repair work. Having people come to your house you don't know can be intimidating, especially when they are young college students on their own.

For any future plumbing needs, New Era is our go to. Thanks, you guys are the best!

The service was very good. Louie showed up quickly and was very helpful with determining the issue and also helping me contact the right people to get my claim started. I was extremely stressed out with the surprise of this leak at 5am before work and he made the whole process feel less overwhelming.

I was without water, and I filled out New Era’s form at 7am and Louie called me less than an hour later to see me the same day. Louie and Josh brought back my water that afternoon!!

They co-own the company and give their team the weekend off. They are an honest, local company who source their parts from other small, local vendors. We need more of them.

They had to cut into my dry wall to fix my issues, and they had a contact who gave me a reasonable estimate that same afternoon.

This was a very pleasant experience,very professional, very well explained, very good work ethics Louie,and Josh, they both were prompt on the install we really couldn't catch the third guys name sorry. They cleaned after work was done I will highly recommend them to family and friends.

Louis is absolutely fantastic. Extremely clear, communication, reliable, dependable, and quick. He was able to come and quickly resolve our problem and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He treats his customers like family and is the best out there. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

they fixed our major plumbing issues (replacing the entire sewer line) in a solid 3 days and kept us in the loop about the situation the whole time. super cool owners and a really nice crew, they really are looking out for customers best interests :) the bathroom was completely torn up during the process but when they finished the project, it was like they were never there! genuinely so glad that we called them and not another company, i would 1000% call them up again if i ever need help and 10/10 recommend them!

Our poor water heater died over the weekend and Josh is the one who came out and got us all set up with a bigger and better water heater, he even kindly cleaned up all around the washroom equipment, which we are so thankful for. I had a traumatic experience where we had a leak coming out of the ceiling from upstairs. It started to slowly leak but was speeding up quickly, starting to flood and we didn’t know what to do. We found New Era Plumbing on socials and had amazing men come by to save our home. With so many city plumbers quoting us high prices and a lack of urgency, it was a breath of fresh air to have people be so fair, kind and literally save us from thousands of dollars of damage. We will use no one else but New Era moving forward. I would recommend these guys 100 times out of 100. Thank you to New Era and may God bless your business. You certainly blessed our home.

Excellent experience with this plumbing company in Mesa. We had a leak that was causing flooding, and they were quick to respond, knowledgeable, and thorough. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Very trustworthy and professional. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Louie and Josh (co-owners of the company) are amazing. I had an emergency plumbing issue (broken shower valve) on a Sunday and had to shut off the water to my house. Both Louie and Josh came out that day and were able to cap off the shower valve so that I could have the water to my house restored. The next day they came back promptly, just like they said they would, and fixed the broken valve beautifully. When Josh and Louie were about to leave on Sunday, they noticed water damage to my kitchen ceiling from the broken valve upstairs. Louie called Rhino Water Damage Company and had a man out to my house within 45 minutes on a Sunday who went through my insurance to begin the process of fixing the water damage caused by my broken valve. Talk about networking and getting all aspects of the job done!! Louie and Josh are beyond kind, honest, respectful (lots of yes ma’am’s), hard working, charge reasonable prices and run their company like a fine tuned machine. I am extremely blessed and grateful that they were able to help me with my issue on such short notice and not because they weren’t busy, both men were working a crazy, busy full day. 5 stars does not do this company justice!! Moving forward, I will be recommending their company with confidence to everyone I know!!!!!

NEW ERA PLUMBING IS AMAZING, My hot water heater went out, water was leaking.

Lou and Josh came out and were on time as described in their message. They were very professional. They were able to flush out my backed up system and gave me good information about the repair that is needed for my main pipe. There was no pressure and they were very informative. I will be using them again in the future.

Came out super fast and was able to clear the line where other companies had failed. Good to veterans and not looking to completely bankrupt you! I’ve had great service and have saved their number in my phone and will call them if the need ever arise again.
