I reached out to AZ Preferred Plumbing, LLC for a slab leak. Anthony came out to assess the leak, along with his leak detection technician. They did an amazing job of detecting the exact location of the leak, since there was no sign of water anywhere; just the sound of running water. Todd was an excellent communicator and let me know each step of the way what he was checking, what he expected to see and wGreathen he found two parts needing replaced, he demonstrated how they failed and why it was important to replace them. I understood everything he explained and I am not knowledgeable at all. Also, he showed me the great maintenance agreements the offer - no pressure - I read through it and found it was an excellent maintenance program and voila we now have the Best AC/Heating company making sure or homeis warm and cool whenever it should be. The call was taken promptly and the lady was friendly and the appt was given as soon as it was available which was the very next day. Very professional work was done with installing a new water heater in my
home by AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC by Nick. He updated the water heater
installation to be more up to code than the previous one. He arrived on time
and his work was very neat and perfect. I would definitely use this company again if I have any plumbing issue.

Had some issues with my washing machine drainage and called them for help. They arrived in a well-stocked van and quickly found the blockage. The technician was efficient, friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He gave me some maintenance tips to keep things running smoothly.

Called AZ Preferred Plumbing to fix an outdoor leak and possibly replace shut off valves for 2 sinks.
The tech they sent had a hard time trying to operate their quote system and had to constantly call his boss to figure it out. Then the 2 quotes he gave me were added wrong (severely over the added price).
For a simple job of replacing 4 water shut off valves, wanted to charge me $130 a piece! Needless to say this went undone.
For the work he did do he did a great job as far as I can tell, just with all the problems, I will go with another company next time.

My Furnace and AC unit both needed replacement, and the requirements were unusual. AZ Preferred Plumbing team gave a good quote covering all my needs without any sort of an up-sell. When it came to installation, They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. They were also courteous and left the place clean at the finish. This is the way all businesses should be run!
