I had my old Watersoftener replaced with a new model and the installation was completed on time with a great crew who were excellent and had a special set of skills that were on display. So happy that I called this team.

Spencer, came out right away and fixed our issue. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bonus* he cleaned up his area when he was done. Which I greatly appreciate!

Great experience! I called and within a half hour they were here working on it. Matthew was great and very detailed in explaining the process. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Our garbage disposal started leaking and we were unaware as the base of the cabinet had started to cave in and it was holding the water. We called EZ Flow and they were able to come out the same day. My husband had a work call so I was by myself while McKay and Matthew came to fix the disposal. To start they sent a text with McKay's face and personal background so I knew who was coming. Once here, they had changed the garbage disposal in less than an hour. Service was great and resolution was quick!

My tankless water heater was slowly leaking along the hot water out line, so I called EZ Flow plumbing to take a look. Lynette answered right away and after I explained my issue, she said she could get someone out the same day!
The plumber, Logan arrived in less than 45 minutes, took a look, then called the manufacturer since it was still under warranty. They first talked about the many parts for repair, but they decided that a full replacement would be better. Logan called around and found a local replacement unit, but it was on the other side of Phoenix, so we rescheduled the install for the next morning. No big deal, the water leak was very slow.
The next morning Logan arrived with the new unit and got it installed in 2 hours.
Logan did a great job on the install and we had hot water again! Logan is very knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions.
The next time I need a plumber, I will ask for him specifically and wait until he is available

Both EZ Flow's courtesy visit to analyze our needs and the water softener installation a week later (our choice) were handled with complete professionalism and easy communication in a timely manner. We heartily recommend EZ Flow for all plumbing needs.

Matt showed up and was professional and courteous. He fixed the leak quickly and provided answers to any and all questions. It was nice to have a company show up that was concerned with the customer not just making as much money on a call as possible.

I had a clogged main drain line and water heater that stopped working, so I called EZ Flow. Lynette took good care in understanding my problem then giving me a plan and talking through how her team will address things. The next day Matthew showed up with Eifren and cleaned up the main drain with hydro jetting. Eifren went on call with Rheem support and has a part coming in for final fix on the water heater. I would say overall the service was excellent.

Good experience with EZ flow plumbing. Got good service to have my sewer line issue fixed. This company is very responsible for their job and promises in contract.

They came out. The technician was very nice. He even brought booties to wear on his shoes. Very cool. We did not end up getting service at this time but we will turn to this group again in the future if we decide to move forward with anything. The only reason for 1 less star is that the window for quotes is 9 hours. When I received a notification he was on his way I didn't see how long it would be. So thankfully I stayed home. All day. To wait.

This company gives 5-star service! Lynette answered my call and sent Rob to inspect my problem. Rob gave a thorough explanation of the issue and scheduled a team to fix the problem. The "dream team" of McKay and Braxton arrived and went right to work. They were kind, courteous and professional, keeping me informed of every step they took. They fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, I was impressed with everyone i came into contact with at EZ Flow Plumbing. They were kind, courteous and professional.

My family and I have been using this company for years and they never disappoint. They are always so professional and go the extra mile. Matthew came today to replace my garbage disposal and did a fast efficient job. Definitely recommend them and will pass their name to anyone who needs plumbing services! Great work! This review is based on pricing only. The service guys were fine; showed up same day and were nice. The issue here is the price gouging. For a newer gas water heater with parts still under warranty they charged over $900 for LABOR only to go to a store, get the part, come back and install it which took all of about 20 minutes. When you’re without hot water and need to get it fixed quickly— it feels like a scam to have this company come out “with no fee for an estimate”, take parts off to look at it and the stand there and tell you it’s $900 to fix (again labor only, the part was covered by the warranty!) is 100% sketchy business behavior. Never again will we use this company. Advice: even in an emergency, call a few companies to come out same day and let them compete for your business. Lesson learned the hard way!

linette and spencer were great. we had a leaky water heater that had to be replaced. we notified EZFlow and they responded to us as soon as they could which was pretty quick considering our 10PM emergency. the next business day, linette called to confirm our appt and spencer came and replaced the water heater. wonderful company with top not customer service.

You could tell they genuinely cared about helping us, not just getting the job done. They made sure everything was done right, took the time to explain what was going on, and didn’t leave until we were completely taken care of.

What meant the most was how kind and understanding they were through it all. When you’re dealing with plumbing issues, it can be stressful — but they made everything easier with their patience, professionalism, and compassion. It’s rare these days to find people who put their heart into their work the way they did.

I came home today to find my first floor flooded from bathroom plumbing…. Of course it’s a Saturday!! I found EZ flow plumbing on-line and gave them a call - which they answered immediately!!!I talked to Christy and explained my dilemma…. She could not have been nicer, more down to earth or reassuring. It was great to actually get to talk to a real person!! She listened to my situation and was able to rework their schedule and had someone at my house within 2 hours. McKay came out and did an amazing job replacing the dysfunction that wreaked havoc on my house. He was very kind, polite, knowledgeable and sweet. It was an extensive repair. When he was done, he looked at the rest of my plumbing features in the house, and let me know which ones were concerning, which I very much appreciated…. He was very upfront with the estimate and let me know exactly what was happening, and there were no surprises. Everything from start to finish with this company was awesome and I will be a lifelong customer. Thanks y’all for making this day a lot easier!!!!! A+++

I had to request someone to come out and help me replace my water heaters anode rod. My technician came out, gave me my options and quote. I approved one of the options and the rod got taken out and replaced. Everything was then replaced and cleaned up. It was quick, smooth and efficient. Thank you EZ Flow.

He handled my water softener and drain issues efficiently and even made sure the area was spotless before leaving. Great experience with EZ Flow Plumbing! We purchased a new home and had some plumbing concerns as well as new toilets installed. Kenneth came out and listened to our concerns and we quickly scheduled the work to be done and he took care of everything very well. One of the new toilets we purchased was actually broken in the box so he came back out to install it when we got the replacement, which we greatly appreciated. Kenneth and Lynette have been a great help in assisting with our move into the new home. Highly recommend!
