I have used Chris twice in the past and will always use him for any plumbing needs in the future. The prices are excellent as is the quality of the work. Really saved me when he found that my mains were leaking into my garage wall!! He just noticed some residue on the outside faucet that alerted him to a possible

Chris arrived promptly and communicated all along the way. He was so honest he told us that if he could unplug the toilet with our plunger, even though we had tried, and said if he could unplug it the call was free. It didn’t so Chris got his tools out and unclogged the toilet. He check over the toilet itself to see if everything else was operating correctly and found several mistakes from the installer six years ago and he fixed them. All for a very fair price to come to our house on a Saturday morning. Thank you Chris!

We were very impressed with the response and all the work these gentlemen did for us over the weekend. They showed up on time and ready to work. We've always wanted a water softener and a tankless water heater but we were hesitant to call just anybody. We got a referral from our neighbor for Legacy Plumbing Solutions and decided to get a quote. They were very fair on pricing and the work they did came out fantastic. Could see I had an underground water leak near my curb meter box. I knew to call the plumber pro who’d done a top notch job a year ago installing a new kitchen faucet for me, Chris Fay. He was able to come the next day first thing in the morning.

He correctly and quickly assessed the water leak issue, gave me what I considered a fair quote for the work required to make the repair and then got right to work.

Just before finishing and putting the dirt back into the hole he had to dig, he showed me the work he had done and did a great job explaining to me what he needed to do and answering my follow up questions.

Bottom line, I feel Chris is a consummate professional who takes pride in the work he does, is honest, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He is definitely my go-to guy for any home plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

Nothing but great things to say about legacy plumbing. From the initial call to the completed repair their service was top notch. The plumber arrived on time was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. The price was great with no hidden fees. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!!

I am extremely happy that we found Legacy Plumbing Solutions, multiple toilets in our building backed up at the same time creating a pretty bad situation. We pulled out one of the toilets, rented a snake to clear out the lines, and we were unable to achieve success we still had a clog somewhere down the line. Legacy came out, arrived on time, and went right to work. Chris made sure from multiple cleanouts that the issues in the pipes were resolved and that we had clear lines. I can't say enough good things about Legacy. Chris was fantastic and made sure there were no other issues before heading out and the pricing was very fair. Fantastic honest company to deal with which is getting harder and harder to find these days.

Have called Chris for many different plumbing services. He is always kind, diligent, and great with communicating what is the problem and what needs to be done to fix it.

Our guest bathroom needed shower valve replaced it was leaking behind the wall. Replaced valve & put in new trim also. Chris came out within 24 hours of our call. Did a great job & left everything cleaned up. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing & Chris Fay.

Great service and very friendly tech. Roto is a big business though and they have hefty fees then they work on making a “deal” to get you on their service plan. I understood that going in but just make sure you’re ready to pay.
