They will charge $130 just to come out, REGARDLESS of they plumbing issue. I thought I had a outside water faucet leak, but the plumber said it was only the garden hose's .20 cent washer inside the hose attachment, which he replaced. Plumber was at my house for onky 10 minutes, and I got a $130.00, .20 cent washer. In 2019, I was charged $85 for this company to replace two outdoor water spikets entirely, which included the service charge, labor, and parts! In the future I will be calling a handy man as this company is too expensive and I feel totally riped off.

Old School Plumber that actually knows how to fix things (not just replace them). Very fair and upfront pricing also. If I had a complaint it would be that they were late for the two hour appointment window but I gave them 5 stars anyway because they fixed my shower valve issue and the service was great.
I would use them again for sure.

I called Roy Dossey Plumbing for a second opinion on a leak in between floors, because the first company I called came out and quoted hundreds of dollars for a wax ring replacement, and they also brought a restoration company that quoted me $3000 for a repair that they didn't even triage. They suggested I file a claim with insurance, which seemed uncalled for, so didn't move forward.

I'm very happy with Jake and Fernando from Roy Dossey, who came and assessed the issue, and confirmed it could be solved with a wax ring replacement. The PVC pipes were in good condition, and the leak was resolved. Roy Dossey plumbing will be my first call moving forward.

Great service, I called them to explain that I was 40 minutes away from their location, but that I was going to get there right when they were closing… She was willing to wait for me to grab all the parts I needed before she closed the store.
