Very pleased with the service i received when my unit was having issues. They were out the same day I called and was able to get the unit up and running right away. Had the parts on their truck and was able to fix unit with out going back to get parts. Techs were friendly and knew what was going on. Highly recommend this company. I have used them for years. 20+ years to be clear. Always honest, reliable, & friendly. Today I had a new AC unit installed. They were so organized! It was done before 8 am so I didn't have to go without cool air. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our AC went out today and I called at approximately 12:30. By 1:30 they had come and gone and our AC was back up and running. I can’t thank them enough. We had used them before for an AC tuneup and again the tech was on time and very courteous. I highly recommend this company.

My family has had these guys out for service more than once over the years and they're always honest and knowledgeable. They do after hours service because they understand the importance of air conditioning in the Arizona heat and they know that sometimes the AC doesn't break during regular business hours. Doesn't matter which serviceman you get. They've all been good, they're all very professional and they come highly recommended!

Excellent, prompt after hours service for AC not working in a 100 degree AZ Sunday afternoon. Service within an hour, professional fix and back on line within 15 minutes. Cost exceptionally reasonable, especially after hours. Joel deserves 5 stars. Phone triage also very prompt and professional. Will be calling to set up routine system maintenance going forward. Tech did not show up until an hour after scheduled. Did not provide quote or return phone calls. Waited over a week in 110 plus temperatures for this company to provide a quote and never received one. Went with someone else who was able to fix my unit within 36 hours!

I had same day service getting Freon added to my mini split system in Superior! I’ll definitely use them again!

Had this company come and do a diagnostic at my home.

In their write up, they claim they fixed a leak and refilled refrigerant. Paid for the work and still had an AC issue that same month, so I decided to have another company come out and give a second opinion. They determined I have 0 refrigerant in my system and there is a leak and a visible hole, and this new company actually showed me the problem and walked me around my system. I had to realize I never asked E&JC to show me what they fixed, nor did I make them proved they added refrigerant to my system.

E&JC never showed me the actual problem, but took my $1300 for a leak they claimed the fixed. Now I regret that I trusted this company.

Now I still have a leak and no refrigerant, and I still have to pay $2600 for the issue to be fixed! It’s hard to trust them to fix the problem, but I will be drawing up paperwork to pursue this.

Make sure you get a second opinion before you approved their work! I definitely feel taken advantage of.

My air conditioner went out last September. A new compressor unit would cost ~3,000, but they told me they had a used one, that had been removed from a property after only about a year of use that I could have installed for $1,500. I went with the used unit. There was no warranty. Less than year later, the compressor on that unit went out. They replaced it with another used unit free of charge, which was something only an honorable company would do.

I recently called them again because my furnace was not operating properly. The service technician told me the fan switch needed to be replaced, When he installed the new one, he inadvertently damaged the ignition unit. He notified me of his error, and spent another hour or more replacing the ignition unit, free of charge, because it had been his error. One again I was shown that this company is integrity plus.

I highly recommend these people. They are honest, trustworthy, and honorable. They also do good work.

We have had several contacts with this company . They do exacly what they say the will do. On time, actually return calls and have completed all jobs very professionally. Highly recommend them. I am a retired General Contractor and I can tell you they would be tops on my list of sub contractors.

The receptionist was so nice and helpful! I got an appointment immediately. Joel, the repairman was friendly, fast, and very efficient. He had the part that I needed and the whole thing took less than an hour. My house had heated up to 86 degrees after the capacitor broke in the middle of the night. Now my house is nice and cool and the AC is running smoothly. The price was fair and reasonable. I recommend this business to everyone!

They are awesome, from the office to the techs. Shane did a wonderful job getting my heater fixed. And the warranty covered the part. Very reasonable priced.

This company did a wonderful job in taking care of my boyfriend’s AC and my house’s AC after a power outage. They were on site within two hours for the first job and there in less than 1/2 hour for my residence on the weekend. They are professional, approachable, honest hard workers, and they are reasonable.

I've known the owner for over 30 years. I have known him since he first started making duct work. I've known him since he and I took an A/C class at Central Arizona College more than 30 years ago. I've known him since he knew very little about air conditioners, until today, when he has become one of the best air conditioning repair men in the state. People change through the years, but one thing that remains the same about him today, just as it was 30 years ago, is he is honest. Because he is honest, I have used him every place I've worked, as well as at my house, and on my rental houses. I trust Elvin completely. That is why I continue to use him to this day! Honesty is something that's oftentimes hard to find in this day-and-age. But trust me, when you find someone you completely trust, you'll stay with them.

They are a small family owned business and take pride in their work and business they have created from the ground up. Joel did an Excellent job! June 16, 2025 was a extreme heat warning day in Arizona and Joel even moved a heavy work table in our garage along with other items to allow access to our attic for him to inspect our A/C unit and then moved our table back for us! He took all the readings on our outside unit and washed the coils which came out looking like new. Our entire system checked out good and we were only charged the reasonable Service Call fee.

Joel is extremely Professional showing up well groomed and on time. He’s very knowledgeable as well a good attitude and a pleasure for us to put our trust in his workmanship.
