The installation of the new A/C went very smoothly. The installation technicians were courteous and professional at all times. The work was completed on time, and any questions about the job were promptly addressed. I highly recommend this company for great value and trustworthy workmanship.

What I loved about this company is the promptness in which they responded to our phone call for service. This is definitely a great company that cares about their customers. They throughly explained all the service that they provided. Not trying to upsale the customer. I would highly recommend them to do any type of HVAC system or problems that need to be resolved. Phone was answered by a wonderful caring person that understood our situation and jumped right on to resolving it. This is what I call perfect customer service. Where you put the customer first and not the money.

We had a bad air conditioner that we had to put a bucket to stop drips and they came got us a fair amazing deal , there techs Larry and Ralph were so kind and incredibly knowledgeably made us really feel confident we picked the right system for our family’s needs.
I called so many company’s and more the. 75% don’t do what they say have no integrity or pride for their work. Most didn’t even show up when we had an appointment.

Very professional, honest and friendly service. The first A/C repair company that came out gave me an estimate for a new A/C and promised to follow up with an estimate for repairing my old unit. That never happened. Instead the boss called me with a payment plan for a new A/C.
The technician from "We Fix it Home Services" explained the issue with my A/C in detailed layman's terms and I believe gave me a good price on parts and labor to fix it. Even more impressive was that the technician found the problem in a bout 20 minutes.

Daniel was friendly, professional and made sure my AC was ready for crazy summer heat. He helped me get set up on their yearly maintenance plan so they can keep my AC units running efficiently.

A great company all the way around. My husband and I just had our heat pump replaced by We Fix It, after a service tech from another company brought it to our attention just how bad of shape our old one was in. After gathering quotes from a few different companies, we went with We Fix It, based on their very fair and competitive quote, as well as the feeling of knowledge and trust the service tech, Rich, instilled in us. He was the most honest and straightforward of all the companies who quoted us, leveling with us, and giving us what felt like an honest opinion instead of a sales pitch.

A small hiccup did occur when the invoice showed a slightly different unit than we had agreed upon on the estimate, but after bringing it to their attention, Rich and the front office team corrected it within hours. Installation proceeded without a hitch less than 3 business days after we signed the paperwork.

Thank you to the entire team, but especially to Rich, who made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process.

Amazing experience with We Fix It Home Services. They have been to my house a couple times for my temperamental AC unit and their customer service is top tier. They were fair priced and RELIABLE!! They came out quicker than anyone else could, and gave better estimates than others I have shopped for. Daniel came out today and did a great job diagnosing and explaining the issues we were having. This company has never made me feel like I was being upsold or nickel and dime’d. I would highly recommend We Fix It for any of their available services.

You know that pesky vent duct work going from the dryer to god knows where? Well, ours became detached when we were just about to dry a load of laundry. There was lint crud everywhere behind the dryer. My husband and I tried for an hour and could not reattach it. Googled “business that fixes dryer vents” and We Fix It home services popped up. Made a call. Spoke to Jeremy. He spoke to Richard and Voila! Richard was here pronto. He fixed it and made sure it wasn’t going to come off! He went the extra mile! And such a personable guy. We chatted like old friends. Highly recommend! Thanks Jeremy and Richard.

Waking up to no A/C is not how any of us want to start our day! Calling We Fix It first thing and having a technician who was able to come in a few short hours of my call felt like the biggest gift!! Drew was knowledgeable, honest & efficient in his diagnosis of the problem. He was able to go get the compressor & parts needed to fix our unit & have us up & running by the afternoon! Ralph was great, very informative. He finally told me the truth after three other companies, tried to lie and tell me that I needed a whole new unit. Ultimately, I will need one in the near future, but the things I was told by other companies were not accurate. Now, at least my AC is clean and functioning properly. See the before and after pictures. (FYI, we have only lived in this house for four years. I have no idea when this had been done before, if ever.)

This summer my ac unit has been very disgruntle and there were misunderstandings with things and frustrations, these guys went above and beyond to meet the needs and put some of the bill out of their own pockets as a business. They were very exceptional and very professional and although there were frustrations and dealing with hot temperatures during this being situated, my air is now operating and comfortable for our home and household and I'm very grateful that I have chosen to trust them. They will forever now be my go-to as they have never let me down I thank them very much for all their help and understanding and patience and putting up with the hot temperatures and taking care of my unit during this summer so our family could be comfortable. The A/C repairman, Daniel was thorough both in his a/c tune up and follow through with all your available products. We now have an air scrubber and very clean ventilation. CJ and Tyler cleaned the vents and cleaned everything as they moved around the house. I feel they are employees the company can be proud of. We are quite pleased with We Fix It Home Services!

Absolutely amazing!! I called to get a quote which was way better than anyone else, which included a warranty better than anyone else. My AC was up and running the next morning. I would definitely recommend anyone to them and I won’t go anywhere else if I need HVAC work done again.
