Air conditioner completely broke down on a hot Sunday. Called Arcadia and Robert came in only an hour on a Sunday. Realized it could not be fixed. Next morning, Gunner installed the new one. Gunner was very professional and answered all of our questions. He is a hard worker and takes pride in the work he does. I highly recommend Arcadia Air and Plumbing. They are now are go to company for all of our Air and plumbing needs. Thank you Robert and Gunner.

Giovani with Arcadia Air came out to give me a quote today on a mini split removal and was very thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. He came up with a great plan to help me on this project.

Robert came today to help figure out why my heat pump wasn’t coming on. Checked the wires to the thermostat and he noticed when they installed it back in September, they had it set to gas heat and furnace. Switched it to electric and heat pump and it worked just like it should!

Our technician Edgar was very polite and respectful; he answered my questions and proceeded to do his work in a professional manner. Thank you for a job well done.

Richard arrived quickly to give me a second opinion on my AC unit. I was told we needed a new compressor for $5k or buy an entire new unit… He was able to diagnose the problem within :30 & fix it in under 2 hours, and all late in the evening. Compressor was not the issue & he saved us thousands of dollars & headaches…

Drew, the technician from "we fix it", showed up very quickly. He was very courteous and professional and got right to work to resolve our air conditioner issue. He found the problem and had it resolved in a short period of time. I would recommend "we fix it" for any air conditioning and heating repairs to any of my friends. Also I would recommend Drew, the tech, because it was refreshing to have a service rep that showed some professionalism and courtesy.

Showed up on time very courteous went to work right away replace I believe it was a capacitor and cleaned everything up afterwards. It was excellent service. I would highly recommend.

While driving from Wyoming to Phoenix on a Friday afternoon to see a new home my wife and I purchased, we found out the air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning properly. I called Arcadia Air & Plumbing and worked with Robert Patrick. He immediately went to the house and met our son there to diagnose the problem. He worked after hours to inspect the unit, diagnose the issue, and find a new blower motor so he could install and have the unit running before we arrived on Saturday at noon. Robert was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. We are very thankful for his help and professionalism.

We hoped he would have been able to "fix" our a.c. problem quickly because "In A Flash" did repair in April 2024 to the tune of about $3875. However, we understand that our unit is 2006 original.
Richard gave us quotes for a new unit. We got a lower quote from someone else.

Our AC went out one evening during a storm. My husband checked everything, the fan was blowing but no cold air was coming out. In the morning I did research on AC companies. I decided to call We Fix It. I was pleased to hear that they serviced Queen Creek and that they had same day appointments. I scheduled for 10am with a 4 hour window, 10 thru 2. I was pleased when Richard, the technician, called about 9:45 and said I will be there by 10. He was very professional and fixed the problem within an hour. I am so happy that the AC is working properly considering it's expected to be 106 today. Highly recommend We Fix It!!!!!!

I reached out to Daniel—my friend’s brother—after seeing his HVAC repair posts online. He responded immediately and was super helpful! Just a few hours later, Ralph arrived and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem—our coils had frozen, which was preventing the unit from functioning properly.
