Well they start out good then. When you call them. They come out and tell its fi l ter. My unit freeze up when it rains. I from the south my a/c never froze there in rain. After you call few times for the same reason they just don't call you back.

They came out to fix my dad a/c unit that another company told him that he needed a new one. They saved him $10k. My dad offered the man a tip and he refused because he was so relieved.

Claimed they fixed my ac after changing wiring on the thermostat. Did not fix the AC, won't return my calls to come back and do the job right. Would not recommend.

The motor on our air conditioning unit went out on a Sunday. I fiddled around with the thermostat for an hour or so and checked the outside unit. The fan wasn't rotating so I turned the air off. It was 92 degrees in the house and I placed a call at noon on a 105 degree day. I received a call back an hour later and they sent a service person shortly after. He replaced the motor and the unit started cooling immediately! We so appreciate a weekend call out with quick, professional service. Thank you.

Very happy with the entire experience! Plus we saved a few thousand dollars in comparison to the same AC unit at the big box stores! In addition the installation took about 3-4 hours compared to three days!!!! You can't go wrong with this local company!

I called on 4/3 and made an appointment to check the AC and heat for a house I am in the process of buying for Friday (4/5) between 1:30-2pm. I told the person on the phone Carissa that our realtor would be making the trip out there and meeting the AC tech. Carissa told me that after the check she would call and get payment info and email me the results of the trip. This is where the fun starts. Our realtor called us at 2:30 and said no one had shown up. I called the office and spoke to Carissa and she said the tech was on the way and they were sorry that he was going to be late. It would have been nice to get a phone call that he was going to be over 45 min late considering our circumstances. Finally the tech shows up at 2:45 and we think all is well. NOPE. An hour and a half passes and we hadn't heard anything from Carissa or anyone. I called again to get an update. Carissa again was sorry but the tech hadn't sent in the paperwork and she was going to call him after she hung up and call me right back and let me know. I never received an email or call back from Carissa! What is going on down there? Now it's Friday and they are closed until Monday. Unreal. Not good to do to your customers when their home purchase is dependent on the outcome of this AC/heat check. Very unhappy and I will be calling another AC place if I ever need AC repair or any checking in the future. Absolutely ridiculous.

They came in less than two hours, and were done in about 20 min. I paid way less than I was worried I would have to! They didn't try and upsell me, the seemed very honest and I was super impressed! My AC works great now
