The quality of product/work at such a great price was amazing! The owners, Gina and David, were fantastic and we’ve already recommended them to our neighbors. I really appreciated how patient Gina was when she came to my home for a consultation. She listened to my concerns and also gave her expert opinion on areas I should consider getting gutters, while also talking me out of areas I thought I needed them but didn’t. Their communication throughout the process was great, they were always very easy to deal with, and we are beyond happy with the new gutters on the house. I would absolutely recommend Sun Valley Guttering to anyone and you would be doing yourself a disservice to not get a quote from them when you are shopping for gutters.

Ordered carpet for 2 bedrooms and it was a great experience from ordering to installation. Fair price and great service. The installers were excellent as well

We ordered carpet to be installed in 2 bedrooms and a large game room. Price and process were good. The retail associate in the store was good but knew we wanted the first available time to get measured and expedite the install. To our disappointment the measure team couldn’t get out to our home for 4 days. To complicate matters when the day came to do the measure, we waited around all day only to find out the associate made a honest mistake and scheduled it for the FOLLOWING week, 10 days out from the time we committed to going with Home Depot. While this part of the experience was less than 5 stars, the contractor who did the measure and the install team from Western States Flooring were spectacular. The team at Western States were on top of it and even called 3 days before the scheduled install to let us know they had a cancellation and could install earlier than planned. Overall a 4 star experience and with some additional training with the store associates, I’m sure Home Depot can improve the overall customer experience.

The door was purchased at home depot and the installation appointment was set up. The install technician arrived on time a d was very courteous and professional. After he completed the install he helped me set up the app on my and my Wife's phone. Everything went smooth. A 100% quick and professional install. I would definitely recommend home depot and Stapley Action Garage Door for purchase and install to my friends.

The Home Depot hvac sales rep told me I was getting a free hvac maintenance with my purchase. After confirming several times that it would be free of charge, I decided to set the appointment. When tbe maintenance was done, through Parkers and Sons, I was charged a fee. I told the rep what happened at Home Depot but they wouldn't wave it. I would suggest retraining the sales people because that constitutes as a scam.

The guy who is attending now (08/23/2023. 11:00 am) in the truck rental service is very bad for customer service, I asked him if he spoke Spanish and he told me that he does not like to speak Spanish. Why do they have someone who supposedly speaks Spanish and does not provide their service well?

I love many facets of the Home Depot experience, because I like to be the handy man of my home. It’s part of owning a home. The inventory and assortment of it, is great here. I just wish the customer experience matched. It usually takes hunting down an associate, and I swear, it seems like they see you and make a quick exit down the nearest aisle, once they see you’ve made eye contact. I really hope this starts to improve, because I’m old school Home Depot, and haven’t made the Lowe’s switch. Yet...

After purchase of a Rheem water heater, and after running the water long enough to fill a bath tub, it ran out of hot water and I had to shut off the water.

We had a front door & security screen installed, and are very happy with it!
