Alair Homes is a top-quality company. They were always available for questions, and we met with them several times in their office. Even during all the work, we met with them at the jobsite. Alair Homes has completed 2 " major" projects for us.(#1 Kitchen /Family room, #2 Main bathroom/master bed-room/Powder room). Our experience and results fully support our decision to contract them. We were glad we listened to our friends who recommended Alair in 2022. Working with Alair ownership, Project Mgr. George and design staff, went very well as they met the estimate for completion and slightly less on cost.

Our formal dining area (now the playroom) needed a small facelift so we had Jeff G. from Alair install a shiplap wall and ceiling fan for us. In less than 4 hours, Jeff had installed the boards and fan and it made a huge difference! Jeff was very friendly and easy to work with. He does great work and I highly recommend using his services!

In the summer of 2019, we made a deliberate decision to add an elevator to our 2-story house. With our diminishing ability to climb stairs, we felt it was the best way for us to “Age in Place” and stay in our home of 13 years. The project, built between April and June 2020, created an outside hoistway for a specific interior elevator. Our exterior balcony was converted into an interior hallway as a conduit to the upstairs rooms. We chose Alair Homes Chandler because of their reputation and prior elevator experience. They were responsive to our initial requests, willing to take on a project in Maricopa, and were very professional and focused. Jeff Gorszczyk, managing partner of Alair, became our project manager. Throughout the planning, design, permits, construction, finishing, and interfacing with our elevator company, he kept us informed, updated of what was happening and what to expect. Jeff always had his subcontractors ready for each phase of construction. The selected subcontractors all expressed a high respect for Alair and working for Jeff who had high expectations of them. The addition of the hoistway blended perfectly with our original building and was readily approved by our HOA. The interior dimensions of the new hoistway met the precise requirements of the elevator company. I would give Jeff the highest marks for managing our project, coming in on time and on budget. I also give my highest recommendation of Alair Homes Chandler for your home construction project.

My wife and I are very pleased that we chose Alair for our remodel project. I am a retired contractor and builder so it was difficult to hand over the reigns. We only had to make one trip from Seattle to Scottsdale during the 3 month job and that was at the end of the project to do a walk through. Our project manager Taylor Glenn was fantastic. After doing a lot of research for a builder to remodel our new home in Paradise Valley, AZ we chose Alair Homes. We had a few prospective builders come and talk to us about their vision for our project, and after friends of ours highly recommended Alair, we set up a meeting and we found that they had the best vision that matched what we wanted to accomplish.

We worked closely with Jeff Gorszczyk (Managing Partner), Sammi Hernreich (Project Coordinator), and Taylor Glenn (Project Manager), as a team they listened to our needs and we came up with a plan. They were all terrific. We did use our own plumber since we have an amazing relationship with him and they worked well together, and all of their sub-contractors were extremely professional and reliable as well. We lived in the house while under construction and the entire crew respected our space, they were always on time and made sure to clean up every night before leaving. We highly recommend Alair Homes for all your home construction projects, due to the professionalism, expertise, clear fast communication, honesty, workmanship, build quality and most importantly, respect. First of all, they actually showed up, did the estimate and installed the gutters a week later. Those of you who are struggling with trying to get any of your projects completed will appreciate that! The color is a perfect match and they found solutions to my tricky changes in roof lines. A nice parting gift was their willingness to relocate my address numbers that were in the way of the downspout. I never felt compelled to hug a gutter installer before, but that is what happened! Thank you !

We are once again very happy that we decided to go with Sun Valley. Gina and David are a pleasure to work with and this is now the second time we've hired them. Our experience has been fantastic. They were the quickest to respond to our request for an estimate and the cost was on par with others. The workmanship is professional with an excellent product. When they set-up a time for an estimate or an install they are on-time and ready to go! When they left, there was no sign that a contractor was there. That's a big deal to me, shows that they care about their customers. The gutters and downspouts blend in so well with the facia and house color that you don’t even notice they are there. It looks great! Also, if you think you do not need gutters in AZ, think again, I had a bad experience with water collecting near the foundation and I ended up with cracking. Trust me that you’d rather put out the cash now for gutters versus dealing with foundation repair… I don’t often give reviews, but I in this case I highly recommend Sun Valley if you are considering gutters. You won’t be disappointed.
