JT is the best! He had previously come out to my house to replace the batteries in all my smoke detectors. While he was there he advised that the detectors were old and would need to be replaced. I had just had them replaced 2 years prior by another company but they gave me ones from 2013 so they were on the verge of needing to be replaced in a couple of years. My detectors went off at 1:00 am ( isn’t that the way it always happens?). The fire department came and removed them so I could at least sleep. I called JT the next morning and he was here the following day. He is honest, reliable and an all around nice guy.
The price he gave me was the price I paid no hidden fees. I would highly recommend JT if you need anything done with your smoke detectors, from batteries to full replacement, just give him a call you won’t regret it!

Terra me quality homes. Already have foundation issues, freon , bad joints on drywall, carpet not stapled down, arc fault breakers tripping due to stapling, etc. The homes are incredibly over priced as well.

Very hard to get anyone back to fix the problems after 4 months

Poor work quality, and extremely poor customer service.

We got keys to our new construction home in May 2022. During the final walkthrough, we discovered flooring was not done to what we got from the design center. Fulton admitted the mistake, and agreed to fix it. 2 months later, they reinstalled the flooring, but the quality was extremely poor. The cuts were horrible, grout was covering the penny rounds, there were air bubbles in the grout, they didn’t float the penny rounds so it was uneven with the rest of the tiles, and they even misaligned the penny round sheets, so there were giant gaps between them. The installer they sent was a total amateur, and worst of it all was there was no quality control from Fulton after the job was done. I had to keep calling Fulton to come look at the job before they finally came. They eventually admitted it was poor work quality and agreed to reinstall the penny rounds again. 2 months later, they sent an installer, and the installer said the work order was wrong, so he couldn’t do anything. Another 2 months goes by, they sent another installer…. But it was the same amateur who butchered the job last time! I refused to have this guy do my floor again. Another few weeks goes by, they sent another installer who says he couldn’t do the job. Now it's the end of December, the job is still not fixed, I have a giant hole in the middle of my house, and there is 0 urgency from Fulton. Do not buy a Fulton Home, I am definitely not proud to own.

Horrible quality. During the construction walk through we were assured all issues would be taken care of by the morning of our closing. This was far from the truth. I have purchased multiple new homes and never experienced such horrible craftsmanship. It looks like a used beat up home. Paint splatter and grout splatter everywhere. Under our kitchen island is separating already and we have lived here less than two months. Bathrooms all look terrible. Pieces of flooring just missing. Trying to sell homes at close to a million looking like this. Shame on Fulton. Filling out paperwork with the ROC.

We were in the process of purchasing a home and Beth was incredible. She was genuine, sincere, and knowledgeable. Fulton homes was honest and trustworthy. We did not end up purchasing a home, so I can only speak to the beginning process and breaking a contract. Our experience was a really great experience. If we were not transferring for a job, we would absolutely be proceeding. It seemed like a company that actually cares about their customers and the quality of their homes. The homes are beautiful and the customization was so fun. We are definitely sad to not be buying from them but recommend them based on our experiences.

They are extremely expensive. It would be cheaper to take a welding class and build your own fence . Which is what I did

Called & set up an appointment for a quote - they were a no-show. No attempt at communication was made on their end.

Had an appointment for a quote for new fencing. He never showed up or called. Didn't answer my text. Sent my calls to voicemail. Don't waste your time.

Would not give any stars if possible. Scheduled appointment for quote on fence this past Friday. Representative did not show at agreed upon time and did not respond to e-mail or answer phone. Purchased property and needed fence quote. Was dependent on appointment as my time was limited. Would not recommend for any type of service.

I’ve not used them and after seeing the owners TikTok I won’t use them!! He is bashing an old man who stands on the corner holding a sign that simply says “help” Elliot seems to think because he saw him charging a laptop and phone once that he isn’t worthy of getting help from anyone “for free” being so inconsiderate to what that man is going thru is gross to me and how unprofessional to own a business and talk/judge another person that you DONT even know… he doesn’t know why he needs help and instead of asking he records him and posts him on social media to bash him with 64k ppl on his page 🤮

Freddy came out to my residence to install a shower faucet and he was so amazing! He came prepared and was very professional and organized, when he left, he cleaned up better than it was when he got there! I highly recommend Arizona Experts!!

He completed a long list of repairs needed to address the inspection items wanted to sell our house including some electrical work. My son is electrical journeyman, but is doesn’t have a residential license so he couldn’t do the work himself. After Elliot had completed the work and left my son came over to take a look. Out of curiosity he actually inspected Elliot’s work. Fast forward a bit and now my son is reaching out to him for work on his own place!

He is now my go to person for everything!

Owner Elliot Monaghan, as well as his staff provided an exceptional experience from initial contact to completion of work. Our full townhouse renovation included paint, flooring, cabinetry work, plumbing, electrical and bath/shower resurfacing. They were always professional, courteous, tidy and paid particular attention to detail. They are attentive to client comments and their quality of work is excellent. Much of the work was planned and directed remotely, and they were very accommodating in materials pick-up and sequencing of work. The job was completed on a very reasonable budget and on time. As a commercial architect, and having worked with many contractors over the years, I would definitely recommend Arizona Experts LLC for any construction project or renovation, wether it be commercial or residential. I will definitely be calling Arizona Experts for our next project.

Elliot and his crew are the best! Our condo in Chandler had water damage. After mitigation, his Company came in and replaced drywall, taped and textured drywall, laid new vinyl flooring, replaced base boards, and painted. Every one of his crew was courteous, efficient, and skilled at their job, Elliot followed up on all construction, and made sure everything was done right. We would recommend Arizona Experts every time.

I have had the pleausure of working with the owners and they are great people that care about helping others. I would highly reccomend them for general contracting work whether you are an HOA or commercial business in the Phoenix metro area or a residential homeowner needing help with painting a house, masonry or concrete work.
