Hands down the best tile job wall to ceiling Company was very responsive helpful throughout the entire process. The crew is super friendly, but really stuck out to me. The most was staying clean in the workplace. They didn’t leave trash around. They cleaned up as they worked. Remodeling this house lots of contractors coming in and admiring the work and saying what a great job that Tile Guys did with install as you can see below in the photos the alignment on the Mosaic making sure it looked great on every wall. Highly recommend anyone looking to do tile bathrooms floors definitely higher.

We hired Creative Home Design to update our kitchen. We had new counters, backsplash, sink, faucet, lights, and RO system installed. Lawyer and Annie were great to work with as were the 2 subcontractors working with them. All were friendly yet professional. We were kept apprised at each step of the process. The price was fair and we are very happy with the results. It was obvious that everyone working on our project took pride in their craftsmanship. We highly recommend them.

Mike and I met several times during the quote and design phase to answer all my questions up front. Their team did a very nice job and we are extremely happy with how the final results.

Being new to Arizona and a first time inground pool owner, I needed my pool heater checked. I can't say enough how easy it was to have someone come out, check my heater unit and explain everything in laymen terms....They will be the first one I call for future when needed.

These guys are a rarity anymore. I went through 2 pools companies, including the company that built the pool before finding Catalina. Mike and his team came in, found all the problems, fixed, re-plumbed, re-wired and and got the pool looking awesome. I can't say enough about their attention to detail and commitment to do it right!

Mike and his team did a superb job from demo, retile, pebble, decking, and of course budget! I would highly recommend this team if you live in Ahwatukee.

Michael came out and helped to get our pool ready for swimming. In addition to getting our pool back in balance, he taught me what I needed to know to be able to take care of it myself. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the things that I had no clue about. I have NO hesitation recommending his services.

Awesome customer service! Michael and Carl are really great and if there is a problem they fix it. I have them do several updates/upgrades to my pool and each time the work is done on time and on budget and it's done right! Two thumb up.

Mike and his crew are fantastic. I was out of town when my pool pump at home was going out. I called Catalina Pools. And Mike had me a new pump installed and pics. Installed a new variable pump. They are wonderful with customer service and very knowledgeable.

It would have professional to let me know that June was your last month servicing my pool. I would have had an opportunity to find someone else to service my pool.
Notifying me July 2, now my pool is emerald green upon returning from my vacation was unsettling to say the least. When I left 12 days ago the pool looked fine.
I’m disappointed that you didn’t even attempt to discuss other payment options with me. I have paid all of my payments fees and repair work on time each month for 8 months.
It’s obvious that you simply didn’t want to service my pool. You could have been honest and just said that to me on June 2, 2019.
This company has no integrity and I would not recommend them to anyone because they cancel without at least a 2 week notification. It’s called walking out on a job without notice.
